It's was a bit of a waiting in queue. Once you give your name or details to the nurse, you get into another line to be assessed . Then send to your right department. There you give your details again and sit until your name is called to be seen. In about 30 minutes you're on your way home. THANKS Y
This is a HUGE hospital with many buildings, floors within buildings and entrances. If you're visiting for the first time, the advice is to allow at least 30 to 40 minutes for parking and to get your bearings. The place can be a bit overwhelming but there are lots of staff happy to help signpost you

I had to go to A&E for an xray on my finger. I was super impressed how quickly I went through the process from triage to the UTC and Xray. So efficient and the nurse was extremely helpful. Thank you so much to the NHS we are so lucky to have you!
