Absolutely outstanding service and so very friendly and helpful. The hotel is superb and the views are amazing. Called in for a bite to eat and a drink and sat in the beautiful gardens with our dogs (dogs are welcome inside too. The food was lovely, so well presented and very tasty. Even the dogs were bought their own sausages and a drink. Looking forward to going again XX

We enjoyed our stay at this spa hotel! The room was wonderful. The restaurants served lovely food. The spa was great after a day of hiking! I did remove one star simply because the room door did not lock and just when we thought it was locked, you only had to turn it hard 3 times to get it to unlock once again. Our spa treatment was also canceled on us 2 hours prior to because a therapist had walked out. So that was a bummer, but we were able to adjust and get the treatment the next morning on the day we were leaving instead. My foot did need a day off hiking anyway.

Our visit to the spa was better than expected. The hydro pool is heated with lots of room. The thermal journey was great and varied. We had a mud treatment that was very relaxing. The food in the Japanese restaurant is very tasty , highly recommended all around. The lake view is a lovely touch .

So Lodore Falls was my birthday treat, we went on the Trick or Treat experience! The Rasul Ritual was good, although we struggled managing to turn the showers on, although we didnt have a nearby member of staff in the room, they came on eventually though! The spa itself has many amazing qualities, although I think at some point in the future it may need a bit of upkeep in the paintwork and rusted areas. Lovely staff, amazing food and drinks, and generally our favourite spa now!

Me and my wife went to Lodore falls for a spa day, including massage and meal at the Mizu restaurant. We had absolutely outstanding day. The facilities are 5 star, and overall experience was just amazing. I'd be hard pushed to find a better spa in the UK. It seems a little expensive at the time of booking but I can assure it's well worth it! The views from the outdoor heated pool are amazing. Can't wait to go back.

We did the 8-10am morning spa session both this year and last year. Stunning views from the pool and the sauna also has a glass side with amazing views. You get a hot drink in the package. Snacks are quite expensive, £4.20 for an individual 40g pack of nuts.

Great food in Mizu, and a very nice spa and pool! Very clean throughout, with polite and attentive staff. The views from the outdoor heated infinity pool are picturesque. I recommend Lodore Falls as a perfect place to relax.

Loved this place The spa is amazing. Best one I've ever been to. Lots of different types of rooms. Staff are lovely everywhere on site. Stunning location. Food was good, breakfast was great. Bed was comfy and quiet. The only thing I think could be better was the shower pressure. Little trickle... But that's really being picky. Will recommend to friends a lot. Not cheap but well worth it.

Me and my now Husband had a 4 night stay at this wonderful Hotel for our Wedding and we cannot express how perfect everything was! We stayed in a premium suite which was so spacious with great lighting and facilities which also had a balcony with such a beautiful view! During our stay we ate at both the Lake View and the Mizu Pan Asian restaurants - everything we had was to die for and just amazing! Our actual Wedding Day was exceptional, all of the staff were fabulous and nothing was too much trouble for them, they were always checking with us to make sure everything was okay and that we were happy - once again the food was perfect! All of our guests complimented how wonderful our day was and what a stunning venue we had chosen! We also had a fantastic spa experience the day after our Wedding. We both had treatments done - without a doubt, one of the best facials I've ever had! The saunas and aromatherapy rooms in the Spa were fantastic, however we enjoyed the outdoor pool the most - wonderful views once again and such a relaxing atmosphere! Lodore Falls never fails to disappoint, every time we visit this beautiful Hotel we fall in love with it even more! If you are considering visiting this lovely establishment, stop thinking and do it! You won't regret it!

We arrived on a very stormy day. The hotel was welcoming and staff very pleasant. We had organised the spa which was absolutely fantastic despite weather there were plenty of people in the outdoor heated pool which was really hot, a great place for aa glass of champagne! Saunas times at least 5 deferent types, ice cold water buckets and heated loungers We ate in one of the two restaurants, delicious food, great service and atmosphere. Would we go back? Oh yes in a heart beat.

A delightful place to stop with the dog and enjoy a pint in the sunshine while the wife treats herself to a spa afternoon. Staff were very friendly and accommodating, the dog was pet by a lot of people and widely regarded as "cute" and the setting was second to none. I'm told the spa facilities were brilliant with loads of different rooms offer everything from steams to showers and something about salt.

Fantastic stay at Lodore Falls. Booked a room for a special occasion and wasn't disappointed. Stay from check in, bar staff and restaurants were all very attentive and professional. Provided a great service. Ordered lunch on arrival in the lounge, service quick and food good despite there being a wedding party in attendance. Had our evening meal in Mizu which was outstanding. Really great menu choice and the staff went the extra mile for the occasion we were celebrating. Booked to stay in one of the lake view balcony rooms. The room was really tastefully decorated. Nice mixture of modern against the traditional hotel. Superb views across Derwent and beyond.

This place is an experience for those who want something different. They love dog loving guests, even our little pup got a sausage for breakfast Scenery, rooms and spa were top notch. The fusion Thai / Japanese restaurant is a must. Highly recommended You soon forget about the price, well worth every penny

What a lovely place! Set in a great location. We booked a last-minute morning spa session, and it was the best spa I have been to. The girls at the front were very helpful and knowledgeable regarding the spa. The facilities were brilliant. The complimentary drink is a nice touch. I asked for an iced coffee and a few minutes later, the waitress brought it out to me by the pool. Such a relaxing experience, just what was needed ready for a long drive back home. I felt a different person leaving Lodore Falls Spa. There are plenty more visits to come in the future.

We visited the spa facilities as a holiday treat and it was amazing. The treatment room was so relaxing. The staff were so welcoming. The spa giving a suggested list of which spa facilities to use in order was amazing. Then we had food in the Mizu restaurant to end which was refreshing and tasty.
