Really poor quality & customer service. If you order for pickup whatever they tell you add 45 minutes to that time. The last 3 times my food looked bad and the Owner doesn't care one bit even when he makes the mistakes. They have officially hit Walmart status when it comes to respecting a customer but they are more expensive.

Our first time ordering, it was so good! I mentioned having a birthday boy that liked extra cheese and they took time even close to closing to write us a sweet message. This seriously made our whole day. Definitely more than worth the try.

I have been searching for a New York style pizza and I have finally found it. The ingredients and the crust “chefs kiss”. I will be ordering my pizza from here on out. Forget Pizza Hut, Domino’s etc people this is the place to go. Not only is the food fantastic but so is the price. You definitely get your moneys worth with these large slices. The staff is very welcoming as well, so please stop by and enjoy a slice or more ☺️

We love Trio’s. Coworker recommended it and we love it. NY style pizza with the pieces so big you fold them in half. Delicious sauce and not too cheesy and not under cheese-d either. We love their calzones and cannoli’s too. Never been disappointed

Authentic Italian food, owners are very nice also the young staff. Some of the best Italian food in town, I know I'm Italian. I had the Chicken Piccata on a hot day it is the best, my Hubby had the Stromboli, my granddaughter had the Chicken salad, we shared the Calamari appetizer, we loved it. 🇮🇹

I ordered spaghetti with meat sauce, it was awful. Absolutely no flavor, it's tomato sauce with ground beef and the beef wasn't tender. The chicken alfredo also had no flavor and the chicken was hard and dried out. The lasagna had no meat and was bland but the best of the 3. The bread they sent was completely burnt. I tried to rip the burnt top off but the bottom was burnt too.

Brought my 10 yr old daughter, and her cousin to dinner here at 9:30pm. I was told we couldn't dine in, cause they were closing at 10. I didn't order, but got them ravioli, since they were craving that. $9 for 4 ravioli in an aluminum to go dish. I don't reckon I'll be back.

Always looking for new places to try out, and found this Trio Pizza here in Mansfield. Ordered a Buffalo Pizza, and got a cheese one..... I was surprised how they missed something so simple as adding the main topping on an order. Well at least now I know not to get anything from here again.
