Papa Johns Pizza

Do not order from this location. I ordered from the app and set this location for my pickup order for 7pm since I was going to be in the area at that time. I show up at 7pm only to be told my order isn't ready and it's gonna be another 20 minutes. This is apparently not an anomaly since the guy in front of me was told his order also wasn't ready and it'd be 30 extra minutes. While waiting, another customer was telling me this happens all the time and it's even worse if you order for delivery. If you absolutely have to get pizza from this place at 7pm, set your order for 6pm and it MIGHT be ready.

0 stars!!! Took over 2.5 hrs to receive our pizza they charged our card , wouldn't answer their phone to cancel the order after 1.25 hrs. When it said 42min to 50min. So they just lost another customer. Our delivery driver sent us a text say after 1.45min he had just received our order he asked the manager for us to throw free cinnamon sticks in manager said since it was a third party asking they couldn't fo that EVEN THOUGH THEY WOULD NOT ANSWER THE PHONE!!! DONE WITH THIS PLACE

Worst Pizza delivery experience ever. My order was sent through doordash instead of an actual Papa Johns worker. The Doordasher went three cities over from my address; even though they claimed to have known where it was because he lived in the area. Called Papa Johns to question what was going on and got the run around and was not helped in any way. They are telling me they can't remake or resend an order out to me. It's over an hour past the delivery time and my family still has no dinner. Sorry doesn't put the pizza on my table to feed my family. Unprofessional, and nonchalant with no customer service skills.
