Domino's Pizza

If I could give a ZERO star I would. I placed an order for the Mansfield location (store #6565) on the web with an estimated completed time of 26-36 minutes. I arrive in the store 40minutes after the order was placed and was informed that my order would be ready in about an additional 30 minutes. I was initially concerned about the additional wait but I decided to wait until the order was finished. After about 35 additional minutes, I was informed that my order was ready. Then I was told that they are only taking cash. At this point now there is serious customer service problem. This is completely unacceptable and I know Dominos has a higher standard for customer service. Not sure I would go back here until there is better management.

I have been 9x out of 10x satisfied with my order. I order pizza from here at least every two weeks. Learned if I order on Friday or Saturday evenings to pick up vs delivery because they are so busy. The last few Ultimate Peperoni pizzas with extra sauce, medium crust have been especially good!! Note I always order online. Once in a whole the website isn't working likely due to number of orders at once.

Orders cold, 2 hours late. If you ask to speak to someone they respond with "hahah if you know anyone hiring tell them come apply" instead of acknowledge it was 2 hours late and I sat on hold 30 min and ended up picking my order up. She said she gave me my tip and delivery fee back but it never went on.

Ordered through the app for a large pizza. The app said it was received and being prepped. 30 minutes go by, it's still being prepped. So I call and was told they are no longer taking orders. Said they tried to call my number and it failed, but when I called them it works fine. So they took our money for an order they couldn't fulfill and then told us that we would get our money back tomorrow. If you can't take the order, don't lie about it being prepped, and dont lie about trying to call my number and it not connecting when I called you on the same number and it got to you fine. Not to mention I was hung up on when voicing concerns. I have ordered from here multiple times, but I won't again.

I ordered a large pizza for my daughter tonight while my wife and I were on a date. The order took almost 2 hours to be delivered tonight after receiving an email that it would deliver in 37-47 minutes. The tracker was stuck at checking quality for an hour and 20 minutes before delivering. I tried calling multiple times to check on the order, and no one ever answered. I finally drove to the store to find out the real status of the order and learned that they just sent it out for delivery. When I asked for a discount for how long it took to receive my order, I was told no because they are short staffed and everyone is having delays in delivery. I asked about the tracker and was told it's almost always wrong and that it doesn't take into account how many orders are ahead of mine. I suggested they might want to start telling people that so we don't expect the order based on the tracker status. They should also update their email order estimation timing as well. The managers basic attitude was this is just the way it is, and I need to accept poor execution and poor communication as the standard. You have successfully lost me as a customer based on this single egregious interaction and dismissive attitude of the manager.

Horrible service and pizza. They burned the thin crust pizza. When I asked for the general manager. The Manger of the Mansfield , Texas location (#6565) stated that the district managers will not return any calls. The service matches their rank within the company. Mansfield , Texas is full of great pizza places and locations. However, this is the worst location in the city. Good luck if you decide to spend your money. I returned the pizza for a refund. Find a different location or a different chain. Check out the photo and you'll see where they rank in the company, their delivery time is also slow.

Tried to order from here, usually great service. I was very disappointed not only with the service, but the interaction with an employee. I made an online order and waited 30 minutes and my order still said "being prepared". I made a call to this location and was told that they couldn't accept anymore deliveries and they tried to call me. I never received a call even after calling this location from the same number and them answering. We have been loyal dominos customers for years, but we will find somewhere else to go from here on.
