Little Caesars

I placed a mobile order for 15 pizzas on Friday for a Sunday pickup at 11:30. I arrived at the store at 11:20 and it took them additional 20 minutes to even open the doors. I came back at 12:30 waited 10 minutes it only received 10 pepperonis and was told to return in 20 to 30 minutes for the five cheese pizzas I ordered. This store seems to be run by a bunch of teenagers I didn't see any management. Now my pizza and I or 45 minutes late to the birthday party good job guys.

Had the worst service and food experience of any pizza place ever at the Little Ceasars in Mansfield, TX located on Debbie Lane. We ordered almost $70 worth of pizza including service fees and driver tip at 4PM to be delivered at 6PM. At 5:59PM I get a text that my order was cancelled. I tried to call the location many times and they must have had the phone off the hook because it just rang busy. My wife went to the store and said that the line was full of people with the same situation, canceled pizza orders. She stated that there was a person standing at the register canceling order, after order, after order. She finally got to speak to a team lead and convinced him to give her all the hot and ready items they had which ended up being 2 totally overcooked and burned cheese pizzas, 2 decent pepperoni pizzas, 1 three meat which must have been somewhat fresh, and two deep dish cheese which again we're overcooked. The attached image is one of the staff members (face hidden for privacy reasons) who is responsible for cooking your food. Taking no pride in the way he looks in front of customers so you can be guaranteed that he doesn't take pride in the way he prepares your food. Not wearing a Little Ceasars shirt or any type of uniform, pants sagging so every customer can see his underwear. I will NEVER give Little Ceasars of Mansfield another penny of my money.

Horrible service and Time management. We ordered pizza @ 11:15 am for a door dash pick up and deliver. It was 2 pizzas, 1 cheese and 1 pepperoni… it took you all 1.5 hrs just to make the pizzas. We will never being ordering for this location, better yet from Little Caesars ever again. This happens at most locations anyways. By the way you forgot to slice the pizza. Smh

Made an order online and upon arrival for pickup the manager was sitting in a chair playing on his phone. I walk up to the portal and my pizza isn't in there. He looks annoyed he has to go to the back and get it. Then tells me oh by the way it's a thin crust we don't have any dough. Hands me my bag of crazy bread and then says oh we don't have any crazy sauce made sorry. I would have appreciated a phone call to let me know so I could cancel my order. I would have paid more elsewhere had I known I was going to arrive and get thin crust and no sauce 🙄 worst customer service.

Have been going to and using this establishment since they opened and not once have I ever had any bad service nor any bad food. It's a fast food pizza service just like any other fast food place. Yeah I've had to wait a few minutes here n there but no place is perfect. Reading other reviews that don't fare too well either I go on the right days or right times or both. Either way I'll continue to support this establishment.

Worse experience ever I would give no star if possible and still not able to get a hold of store or a corporate number and its been since April 3rd when we went to pick up the crazy mess of a business. I am owed 5 pizzas. Orders online 4 days early and was given a pick up time of 1130 (birthday party starts at 1230) we are there and store is closed... by 12 someone shows up tells us about our order, husband took me.home.drove up there and by 1 only had 10 pizzas ready then wanted us to drive back for the other 5..... it's been a week and still no way to get ahold of anyone. We are out almost $30, plus time and I would never use them again.

I arrived at this establishment at approximately 920 Pm to order Pizza. I was told by one of the employees that they are closed… So I pulled around to the front of the store to see the hours of operation and it clearly stated 1000 PM. I requested to speak to a Manager to see what the issue was. The manager stated that his employees needed to go home before 1000 and to meet their curfew….. Definitely lost my business.
