Buffalo Wild Wings

Came to BWW 2day & NO sides, but that DIDNT stop us or NOBODY else! They’re known for their wings & that’s what we’re ALL here for BAYBEE. It was STILL delicious & fresh😋😋😋 Staff was cool 2day as well, even thou they were working w/less food to serve, lol! NO what?! NO sides, but our visit was alriiight, lol!

Placed an order at approximately 9:45pm on Oct 27, order# 1010023. The food was cold. Two totally different flavors were in one box with no paper separating them. The chicken was tough like it had been sitting there for some hours. The fries we're also cold and tasted like old grease. I called the next day to complain to the manager regarding this. He had hesitation about replacing the meal. I explained to him that although it was late if they weren't going to provide good customer service and QUALITY food they should have NEVER taken the order. He said he would replace our meal however once I arrived he had only replaced half of one. So unacceptable and we did not accept it. He said my meal didn't include fries, but it did! (The receipt is attached for proof). He ONLY remade the flats. I left the remade order right there at the store. Once again do it RIGHT or not at all. EVERYTHING WAS HORRIBLE NOT JUST THE TEN FLATS. Everyone who eats the Caribbean jerk knows that it doesn't look like the picture below.......smh!

Overall the experience was good. There wasn't a wait and the service was good. The food was enjoyed by everyone at our table. Food ordered: 1. Chips and queso 2. Buffalo dry rub traditional wings 3. Buffalo medium (extra wet) traditional wings 4. Kids hamburger and fries Make sure to get points by checking in and giving server your phone number for the rewards.
