Bake My Day

We got to this bakery 5 min before closing. The staff was very friendly and personable even tho it was closing time. Out of all the bakeries I've visited ( which has been alot) I'd definately rank this one in my top 5! The cupcakes are moist and the cookies are large, soft and have NON- over the top sweet frosting that other bakeries usually use. I'd drive the 2+ hours to go back!

This bakery is the best. I didn't get pictures of my cookies and cream cupcake or my Andes mint cupcake because I ate them so fast. Ditto for my oreo macaron and my daughter's jumbo buckeye macaron. The manager is awesome and there are so many awesome sweets to choose from. I was complaining that I kept missing the cookie dough cupcakes and he went into the back and got me one from the freezer that he had put back. It is literally my favorite cupcake. Although that Andes mint DID just sneak past the cookies and cream for my second favorite. If you haven't been here, go. Go follow their page for all the amazing things he posts every day. The have coffee and tons of chocolates and ice cream and even gourmet popcorn too.

Good ... Placed an order for two small cakes. Kind of pricey. Won't pick the cakes up for another week so we will see if it's worth it. Will update then They did a great Job making exactly what I requested 💜 Our order even inspired the decorator to design a similar cake for the store 😊 The cakes were beautiful. I made the cake toppers myself for my children's birthday party. The cakes were very soft, very delicious . Pretty sweet, you cannot even finish a serving due to the sweetness bit that's okay with me. Over all we will be back. They're definitely our new go to for our childrens birthday cakes & special occasion sweets . A little negative || The price quoted wasn't the price we paid picking up. We still paid however it would have been better to be informed this. We ordered the cakes a month in advance so there was plenty of time to inform us of the $10 price difference ( they said due to the amount of work needed changed the price) But well worth$120 for sure. ( $60 per cake) was quoted $55 each. Not to big of a deal. But getting a surprise price increases when you pick up the day before an event , should be told to the customer prior to baking. Expectally since we paid a deposit on the cakes when ordering.

It is very hard in Mansfield to find a good non-dairy frozen blended coffee that I like. The drink in the picture is a salted caramel frappe made with almond milk. It is so good I get one every week. It is incredibly tasty and I highly recommend getting one. They also can make with other types of non-dairy drinks and dairy drinks. This is at their coffee bar. Ask for Don if he is in. He is the one who typically makes my drinks. I've had others make them and they are still very good. Their cookies are also very tasty and some of the most ornately decorated cookies I've ever seen. A great place to treat yourself to at the end of the week!

The Woman who owns this place is amazing! Great memory and happy, helpful person. I have made several purchases here and my son has too. Every one has been great. My 1st taste 3 years ago was probably my most favorite birthday cake ever. The following year here bought me cupcakes. Last year, my birthday cake from here travelled to Walt Disney World, held up great and was delicious in my room @Coronado Springs. I bought his birthday cake here, she remembered him and placed a note to him on it🙂That's a great businesswoman. Last weekend I bought cupcakes for a friend's birthday. I only wish that I had a place like this by me. 150 miles is a bit of a drive but worth it every time I am in the area. Very happy to know that Bake My Day is staying at current location.
