Scratch House Restaurant & Catering

Took my family in for lunch this week and was blown away by the outstanding service we received as well as the food. The food was to die for, and no doubt we will all be back again. My husband got the Cheddar BBQ Bacon burger and was beyond thrilled. I got the chicken fettuccine and it was the best around. My kids wanted breakfast for lunch and the amount of food they received for the price was outstanding. Great food. Great service. We will be back... often :)

We came by for breakfast on mother's day this year. While we did not have a reservation, we were able to be seated very quickly. The staff were all very attentive and polite and the food was amazing. Both of my sisters are from out of town and were in complete agreement that this was the best breakfast they ever had. That was the table consensus really. Everything was delicious and the coffee was very good as well. We will definitely be dropping by again to try out the lunch menu!

The food was absolutely amazing! I went with the sausage breakfast bowl and could not have been more pleased with the choice. The homemade sausage gravy was full of flavor the the cheese was perfectly melted over the eggs and potatoes. Ray and Starletta took great care of me during my time there and they have an incredible thing going here in Mansfield. If you are big into delicious, local breakfast spots, you MUST get to Scratch House, you will not regret it!

Myself my husband and sister in law had breakfast there on Wednesday. My sister in-law had shrimp and grits. I had a veggie omlete. My husband had eggs bacon toast potatoes and pancakes. We all loved our food. Staff was friendly. Met both owners. We will definitely go back. I hope Mansfield will support this non chain restaurant. We always try to support independent restaurants. The Scratch House always has great food. Breakfast is always the best in town. You can't go wrong with anything on the menu. French toast, pancakes, omelet and eggs benedict are my personal favorite breakfast options. Shrimp and fettuccine is delicious, but of course very rich. Burgers, fries, mashed potatoes, chicken noodle soup and side salads are great as well. I look forward to trying other items on the menu as well. The service is top notch as well.

Intentional, extremely tasty food with a great team! My friends and I took up a table of eight before our road trip home and although it was our first dinning experience, we picked the perfect dishes (We ate up everything)! It was also nice to learn the story behind "Scratch House" and how it came into existence. This is great for Mansfield and frankly, any place around the world...YES...the food is that fantastic! Please don't take my word for it though- try it for yourself! Yummo!

Went here for the very first time, and while my partner was not "feeling" the place at first(thought it was over-priced); low and behold; it was ABSOLUTELY delicious and very moderately priced. The owner, Starletta was very attentive and knew her business. Our meals were cooked to perfection. We will definitely go back😎😎😎👍👍👍

Called in and had take out lunch. I had the Chicken wrap. Excellent!!!! I will be back with my husband to try the breakfast. Very very very good. Everyone please support this restaurant, you will not be disappointed. Its great to eat in a locally owned restaurant instead of a chain. Thanks so much
