Taco Bell

Really just depends on the day or who is working I think as to whether your order is well made or not at all Taco Bells. I have had good luck at this location. The others in Mansfield can be very sparse with toppings & recently set random close times based on staff issues. The last 3 times prior to this visit I went at 11 pm & both Ontaruo locations just closed early. I wish they would permanently bring back the Mexican Pizza. Obviously popular & seems they have the ingredients on hand for it...

Ordered a Soft Taco box and a 4 pack of sodas. Used the app to order for convenience from the Kroger gas station after I filled my tank. Order was ready as soon as I crossed the driveway and arrived at the window and everything was at the proper temperature. Excellent service and food for a Taco Bell order (and they even included more than the 24 hot sauce packets I requested).

Horrible.woest service I've ever recieved from. Taco bell.i usually wouldn't write a bad review but every time I come here it's either bad service from rude employees n cold food or not the right order! Tonight I ordered 4 soft ta os n nachos and cheese. All the lights on the building are off at midnight. When I recieved 3 of the 4 I called and Cory who answered the phone acted as if I was an inconvenience. Before I noticed a taco was missing because of the insane amount of sauce for 4 tacos I was gonna call about the amount of grease and lack of lettuce. The ta os where flat as can be and the grease outweighed the toppings. I get mistakes happen n I wasnt even upset about that. It was the attitude I got from calling.i was informed that the meat congress that way and it was normal for it to run down for hand when you bite into it. I asked fur a recipt the first time and didn't recieve one so I asked for one when i went back and was told I couldn't get one. This kind of situation Hackensack every sine time and I'm upset with myself for not calling and complaints sooner maybe I wouldn't of encountered it again tonight. Ughh do better taco bell.or.lower your menu prices to match your product and service smh

* bad review* * * this place deserves to know about their service... I arrived at 5:52, nobody was at the counter...order finally taken at 6:03....we left with our two items 6:15....and the one item I ordered was a train wreck....see pic... couldn't go back right away because we were running behind for rehearsal...because it took so long ....second time in a row we had to wait an unreasonable amount of time. never going back. my chalupa was also overcooked and near unedible....but we had to eat before a 3 hour rehearsal.....so extremely disappointed. don't go to this one people!
