Wendy's

Easily the friendliest Wendy's I've been to. Had to wait for them to cook my fries, fish sandwich, and brew the tea but I knew everything was fresh and it tasted that way. The service was so good that I didn't mind waiting and wish that all Wendy's could have the same level of customer satisfaction. This will be the Wendy's I return to next time I'm in Mansfield.

Got nauseated while eating ground up animals at this restaurant, please avoid this discomfort. Also ordered french fries, said hot and crispy guaranteed on the bag but the product was cold and chewy, sad sad organization, have not received a reply, refund or any sort of compensation for the horrible experience. Not a surprise as I have been through this more than once with this organization. Dave Thomas must be rolling in his grave. The sandwich I was served the other day might as well have been cooked by him, considering how cold and awful it was, I would not be surprised if he had cooked it twenty years ago.

Regarding the Wendy's at 1372 Lexington Ave., Mansfield, Ohio... I always have to ask for my receipt. When the staff member prints it out, he/ she will tear the top and bottom portions off so only the items ordered and the total charged shows. The restaurant ID number and the order number and time are withheld. Apparently, they do not want customers to use the 'talktowendys.com" survey. Hope I can get reimbursed for my lunch expense since the restaurant is not identified on the scrap of a receipt.
