Bought two vanilla sweet cream cold brews with only cream and no coffee! Asked the employee to add more coffee and she refused. She was extremely rude and told me this wasn’t Starbucks!! I will never go there again!

Every single time I go to this Tim Hortons the experience is always bad. The people who work drive through rush you when you order and are rude. Every order I placed at this located has either been not cooked fully or is missing something. They misplace the items I order as well. I’ll get home and realize they did not include a bagel or donut. I really don’t understand how they are still in business.

Ordered online, paid online and got confirmation my order would be ready in 20 minutes. Got there and they said they didn't get my order. Then took a while to make it using white frosting instead of what I ordered without even letting me know they had no chocolate frosting which my order required. Just gave me something completely different without my approval. How does this place remain in business?

The drive thru was long so my father went in to get my 7 year old some donuts. The employees behind the counter told him that they were too busy to serve him. They said that they had to serve the drive thru first. We totally understand that, but the best customer service way to handle that would have to apologize and explain why you are doing drive thru orders instead of the abrasive and short answer in the way that you replied. I completely understand the fast food industry and customer service industry. May I suggest a reply such as " I am sorry sir, we are currently only serving the drive thru, but since you came in let us go ahead and take care and serve of you." In doing this you are not only helping serve and keep customers, but you are also increasing your store revenue. I hope this suggestion and review helps better your store as we love Tim Hortons and we only want to see you succeed in your business.

Meh - not a great experience. Drive-Thru person was very short and wasn't listening or something when I was ordering. Had to correct her multiple times and then they still got the order wrong at the pick up window. Got attitude when I said a few sides were missing.

We waited inside for 13 minutes just to find out all 4 of them were out back smoking. When I said nice customer service as we left, the tattoo guy flipped us the middle finger.

I ordered a 40-pack of Timbits earlier this afternoon and there were only 27. Wish I could get reimbursed for the shorted ones I paid for. They need to learn to count and not rip off customers.

The ladies at Tim Hortons make it a 5 star place to be. They even acknowledged my birthday 😊. Love their French Vanilla Cappuccino and Glazed Donuts. Minus 1 star for not having ranch dressing anymore. In conclusion, I go here with awesome customer service in return.
P.S. it helps to have a good attitude at the drive through window. I give joy and happiness always, and people need that, and desire to return it in response.😉
