Bertucci's Italian Restaurant

This was our first time eating out as a family since the Pandemic. When we walked in, it smelled and looked so clean. We were sat far apart from other patrons. The menu was online which was easy to get to. The server was great, and so was the food! Everything we ordered was delicious. The manager was very friendly. We had a great time and will be back. Thank you Bertucci's for giving us a nice experience during these stressful times!

I will be the first to say that if I’m getting pizza, I automatically think “Bertucci’s” because I love brick oven pizza. I normally love their pizza’s and Chicken Picatta dish, however, this location in particular has disappointed me not just once but two times. The first time I ordered a different dish but it came to me completely bland and lukewarm. Tonight’s pizza’s were atrocious in appearance and in taste. I was appalled at the fact that the cooks even thought it was acceptable to sell. Both pizzas completely burnt and one of them lacking crush on one side. I did give a call in as soon as I saw it and was offered a refund. Had I been the manager, unknowing of the situation, I definitely would’ve extended a gift card as an apology- they had just closed and I had no dinner. I personally work in the industry and as a server, would never even let the kitchen think that it would be okay to present those to a guest. Super disappointed.

Went here to eat dinner big mistake ordered a pizza and it did not come out right. They offered me a new pizza .......great it came out really undercooked and with way to much cheese. Called the waiter back over and showed him he said wow that is undercooked and covered in way to much cheese he says let me make you a new one brings back the same nasty pizza 3 mins later do your self a favor and do not eat here they will give you the run around.

Was given a 45 minute wait time which seemed reasonable. We got there on time and was told it should be another "10 to 15 minutes" and that they'd bring it out. We waited another 25 minutes I went back in. I was then told it would be another "5 minutes" then another almost 15 minutes later it was finally done. Our chicken was left on the warmer for over 40 minutes. They were noticeably rubbery and without the sides we requested. The pizza was just undercooked also. We would have been fine if we were given the correct time and proper product. The friendly staff was the only redeeming quality.
