Chango's Cantina

Gave credit card to start a tab then didn't get it back, waitress left that took card, bartender finally found card. Food arrived, my wings were poor at best n my wife's tacos were unetible. Paid for wings sent back tacos without replacement order, we'd seen enough. Won't be back for anything other than drinks. Nice outdoor tables n atmosphere just be careful what you eat!

Staff seems a little overwhelmed and has a tough time keeping up at the bar. Maybe they are short staffed or just inexperienced. This seems mainly like a beer and shots place so it shouldn't be too demanding to sling drinks and keep the bar clean. Also, only having bar service and no floor servers even during the dinner hour seemed to highlight the understaffing. Came in to holiday trivia, guy hosting was having a great time without being "extra". No sports on the TV, was told owner didn't pay for sports channels. Channel was on a holiday cooking show, it really did not fit the aesthetic.

My wife and I stopped in to have something to eat on a Friday night. There were not a lot of people dining and a few people at the bar. We sat add a table for quite a while until finally a woman came up and asked if we wanted drinks and my wife said yes and we would like menus. Well, it went downhill from there. The music that was playing was going back-and-forth from rap music that contains swearwords every other word and was just impossible to relax at all. The service was just so slow and we felt like the bartender was more concerned with his friends that were at the bar than us at the table. I had to ask for silverware which the bartender rudely joked that no we don’t supply that. I asked if there was anyway to put on some music that was more suitable for dining and he told me if I paid enough money I could override the music that was playing. Overall we felt like we had to get the staffs attention anytime we wanted something. No one checked with us to see how the food was after it was served, and I had ordered something with jalapeño peppers in it and was having to drink some of my wife’s drink because I could not get anyone attention without actually going up to the bar myself. It’s obvious to me that they want to have it be just a happening college type bar. Well let me tell you that people like my wife and I are the ones that pay college tuition and are the ones that will spend the money to keep doors open and restaurants and you better pay more attention to that unless the college kids are going to support your establishment as long as you can ride that out. The food was OK but the staff was arrogant and neglectful and rude!

Lets start off with the bar is nice an as i travel a lot finding myself in manfield pa is pretty normal. So pros drinks and food are cheap the guys on opening staff were pretty useful in finding places to eat other than changos. Night shift however tossed 2 of my beers as i walked out to smoke, one of there regulars also locked me out of the bar from to front door seeming as this is a small town losing customers is not a good thing. But i can bet ill never be back as one of there customers tired to fight me an the bartender walked away. Absolutely horrible customer service, if the owners believe in keeping locals that cause problems, i see them being in yet another law suit as in the past someone was set on fire (public record )

Very friendly staff nice atmosphere, nice outside seating for smoking. Food was good. Down fall was I ordered the pizza bites thinking they were like other bars. Pepperoni and cheese in a ball with breading, deep fried. But they were Torino's pepperoni pizza rolls from the frozen section at Walmart. Paid the price a bag from Walmart but got less than a quarter of the bag. Asked for for marinara sauce and ranch, didn't get eaither one. My wings, I was told that they are the pieces. Ordered 6, all 6 were the drums. Would have been nice to have half drums half wings (flat pieces). Chicken bacon ranch quesadilla had no ranch on it asked when ordered for extra ranch and hot sauce, did get those. Will be back to try again. Then will make the decision if back for a 3rd or 4th ect. after the 2nd time.
