Tried this twice and have not been disappointed. The food is absolutely superb and there's plenty of it too. Menu choices are good as is the service. The only minor negative point is that drinks are rather expensive in comparison to the food which is very reasonably priced. I can thoroughly recommend this place.
had a meal for my hen party, we all loved the food, the staff we great, joined in with the laughs n jokes n the pics, the staff helped my disabled mum up and down the stairs. I can not thank the staff enough, they are brill, we had a fantastic time n wud go again. Thank you so much for making my hen do brill xx

First time at this wonderful fantastic restaurant tonight,must say it was absolutely amazing most importantly the food was out of this world and secondly the whole staff from the bar staff to the chefs and the waiters especially Michelangelo were totally great I would recommend this place to everyone

We usually go to BB's Italian at least once a month but sometimes more often both as a couple and as a group and have never been disappointed. The staff are lovely and welcoming, food good value and tasty. Also good for a cheeky mid week take out

Really enjoyed the meal and the waitress was really nice too. She was attentive but without being in your face which is how I like it. Tried the Chicken in Malibu which I was a bit worried about but turned out to be really nice...will be back

Every now and again we book table at this amazing Italian restaurant � we absolutely love it and would suggest to everyone to try it. Prices are great, food delicious and excellent service x thank you

Great restaurant with lovely authentic Italian food and a warm friendly atmosphere. The only downside is the acoustics of the restaurant as it is so loud with background chatter and there isn't any music. It makes it quite difficult to be able to hear a conversation around your table. Would definitely visit again as food was lovely and fairly priced.

The staff were very friendly and attentive, the three course set meal we had was very good value for money. Overall myself and my wife were very happy with the whole evening and I'd thoroughly recommend them.

Lovely little restaurant in Mansfield. Really tasty food, delicious coffees and a lovely, authentic Italian feel. I spend quite a lot of time in Italy and have visited some truly great restaurants particularly in Tuscany and Puglia, and BB's has the same feel, even though the outside temperature is a little colder!
Only visited once, but I will most certainly return.

Outstanding! on a groupon offer, £15, for 2 people starter/main. (all be it a selection of items from the normal menu, not the full menue) but had the classics in there such as carbonara, cannelloni and many pizzas.
Once you walk in the door, you turn to the left and head up stairs to the dining area where we were greeted by a lovely young lady that was with us for the everning.
I had bruschetta followed by cannelloni and both were very good, even down tothe quality of the tomatoes on the bruschetta.
It was like you've been invited into someones house to dine with them, its very good.
Dining area is cosy, but big enough. Might be a bit warm in the nicer weather.
A nice little touch, was as we went to leave and went back downstairs, you have to walk past the kitchen, the door was open and as we wandered past someone in the kitchen said thanks, and good night. Now that, all be it small and insignificant to many, was a wonderful little touch that doesnt cost anything, but makes the whole experience feel like you're valued.

Lovely hot food, great service, very enjoyable. The tables are upstairs in a quaint but basic setting. Perfect for small parties. Try a quiet mid-week special.
Both had lasagne which was very nice and good value for money. Nice house wine too. Felt cosy but had plenty of room at the table. Got a authentic Italian feel to the dining area, waiter was very helpful and friendly. A*
Enjoyed an evening with a large party. Food and service both excellent. Like all Italian restaurants with no soft furnishings the whole evening was very noisy and conversation, even with side by side and cross table friends, was very difficult.
Friendly staff, nice size portions, good variety and great tasting food. I'll definitely go back when I'm in the area.
