The Ship Inn - March - Photo album

Had a little drink out by the river. We missed the cheese and pork pie platter though it did look nice and a lovely touch! Did feel a little shunned at the bar, perhaps it's because we're not regulars? It did have a hint of that feel about it unfortunately
Lovely pub benefitting from a fairly idyllic location by the canal. Nice selection of real ales including a local owl beer new to me. Friendly staff and customers, great relaxed 😌 atmosphere.
Familiar, favourite pub that gets it right again and again. Quiet, warm, welcoming. Everything a local local should be and quieter than the library if you want to read.
The Ship Inn. Privately run, lovely small quaint pun that looks like it could be in the countryside. 8 craft beers on tap, 6 changeable and 2 fixed. Fresh pints. Perfectly poured Guinness, with the tap pushed forward for the top up. Friendly service. 4 tables and some chairs out front, south facing
Great breakfast, my friend and I try different places for breakfast and this is currently one of the best on our list. We go by flavour rather than quantity and this is just the right size too. I didn't have the black pudding it's about an inch thick and my friend said it was excellent.
Probably the best pub in March, outside seating, differing real ales, nice interior.
Friendly, nice beer, good atmosphere :)
Excellent pub, fantastic staff and friendly atmosphere. Best pub in march
Only went in for drinks but really nice pub very friendly and a good atmosphere
Excellent pint of Taylor's at a reasonable price in a grade 2 listed Pub with plenty of character. Well worth a visit.
