Overall it was good.
Hummus - was ok, hard to get wrong. Consistent texture and flavour. Would prefer a wedge of lemon to be able to adjust the flavour if wanted. Pitta was good.
Halloumi - again it was good and nicely cooked. My personal preference would be to have it less salty but it’s halloumi
