Always busy, on both counter and drive thru during lunch time. This means the chicken is freshly cooked to cater for the orders. Always suggest ordering ahead for pickup via the KFC app and try avoiding the rush. Busy means staff may miss small things in your order so always double check. Place has been recently renovated so it's comfy. My kids love going there for their treats.

This KFC outlet has great service and friendly staff the store has public toilets with wheelchair access indoor and outdoor (undercover) seating.
The car park is quite spacious and the drive-thru has two lanes which then merge into a single lane.

What bad service! I bought 9 Pieces hot Spicy Chicken but they only packed 8 Pieces! You are not busy but you did the lowest quality! Learn some math is good for you,kid!

Once again failed... Have signs up that they don't expect eg 10 pieces of chicken for $10...false advertising. Plus they tell me my order is gonna be a wait so I asked to change something so I don't have too they said no...like it is a massive matter to them. Being late is a bigger issue in this world then 40c worth of product.

This particular restaurant has really stepped up over the past year. Had a revamp recently and more importantly the quality of food and service has improved significantly.
My only complaint would be the very slow moving drive thru line.

Very happy with KFC Marden, because they have very fast working staff. If you are order online or in uber or menulog, they are all time ready so delivery driver deliver my food on time with fresh and hot. Please all time buy from KFC marden

Despite long lines at the drive through on a Friday evening cars moved through fairly efficiently. The staff were cheerful and the food was hot and a suprise of an extra piece of chicken was much appreciated.

The meal was great.. But went to the ladies toilet n the toilet paper roll was sitn on the sanitary bin.. N when I washd my hands the sink filled up n smelt like sewerage..
