I came here about a week ago. Order the always delicious Pollo tropical my favorite plate, rice beans, and chicken. Very simple, but you have to add the sauces to it, or else it won't be as great. The manager himself was running the register. Making sure everybody was doing their part, running a tight ship. But all for the better. The product is always great here. Absolutely, it is one of my favorite food chain restaurants in the world. I love eating here. When I ordered my food last week. They forgot to put everything that I ordered, so I called corporate, and they took care of it immediately. Big shot out to Pollo tropica. I will be doing a food review on my YouTube channel.

Pollo Tropical is one of my favorite lunch places. The food is always hot, fresh, and delicious. I typically get the regular Tropichop sometimes with mojo pork sometimes chicken, both are tasty and very satisfying. Great place to eat in or take out, enjoy!

I only came here for their mango smoothie. I wanted to make my own quick cheap cocktail 🍹. Lol! After o ordered at the intercom I realized I should have ordered food because the drive thru smelled so delicious 🤤. Fast friendly service. Will be back for the guava smoothie and a meal next time.

Pretty great place to eat. Fast usually at lunch time hours. Finish food in a min after you order from what I saw. To me A+

I love their Caribbean cuisine. My favorite dish from here is rice and beans, yellow rice, and vegetables soup. Also, the salsa and cilantro garlic sauce are a must addition to my orders. In addition, my daughter loves their cheesy Mac and cheese. Finally, I like the fact that they close late. They open at 10:30 am and close at midnight.
