1st of all I used FB messager to request a menu from that conversation I reserved a table. Amazing fast communication. On arrival we entered the bar and was shown to our table. We had plenty of space. The food was amazing and they went above and beyond for a special desert for us. The service w
Great pub all round. Really nice cosy pub atmosphere, but with great food, good drinks, football in one part and not in another and the beer garden is really nice with the evening sun but also shade for a hot day. Also the Sunday roast beef was amazing, such good value for money!
Been here many times for drinks and on occasion food, and never had a bad meal. The staff have always been helpful and friendly. Lovely and cosy when the fire is going. Good outside area too.
A very good pub with excellent food and beer. Good service and pleasant outside area which would cater for most weathers. Parking login was a little arduous hence the 4*.
Good country pub, large portions and efficient staff. Dog friendly in the bar area
Excellent food served outside with heaters.
Came with some friends for the Sunday roast. 16 quid a person so a fair amount, but honestly was delicious! Served with full veg including cauliflower cheese and it tasted amazing. Would recommend

The service was brilliant, friendly and personable. The food was really, really good. Loads of glute
Lovely evening for our son's 18th birthday with 19 people. The Roebuck helped plan an appropriate menu, arranged a cake and looked after us well.
Spent a lovely afternoon here. Lucy was great company!
Lovely food. Both starters were really nice (mushrooms in a cream sauce and the salmon & crayfish) and the mains were spot on (chicken stuffed with spinach and sausages & mash). Also, can't fault the service. Thank you for such a lovely meal.
Fantastic pub, food is so good, so glad we just stopped on impulse
