Excellent service. The young lad with the glasses who served me at 07:45 on the 17/11/25 has brilliant customer service skills. He gives such a warm welcome to the customers and is authentic and sincere. Members of staff like that make you return to the store. He really made my day.

Just wanna say a massive thank you to Tatanyia for her amazing work this afternoon as there was a rush and I forgot to order a steak bake and she sorted it for me and I didn’t have to wait in the queue again. Im a frequent customer at Greggs and when I come in I always receive good customer service. Tatanyia served me yesterday and was very friendly and smiley. It gave the store a nice atmosphere even with all the busy customers there.
