Pizza Hut Marsden

Have ordered from this place many times and never once get it delivered nicely... always cheese on the top of inside the box instead of on the actual pizza... or there something always missing... would not recommend this place for delivery ever... and ever when you call them to fix it they literally dont answer or taking 2 hours to answer and end up telling you to go pick it up even though you paid for delivery

If I could give zero stars I would! Tonight we ordered for our pizzas to be delivered. Straight away it was saying that our pizzas have been delivered already. I tried calling 7 times to ensure the order was going to be delivered, I was on hold over 30 mins and each call ended up being disconnected after being told I will get a call back . On one call I actually got through to be disconnected after being put on hold by the man I spoke to. Over an hour later I got a call from the store asking if I still want the order and if I did it will be another 45 mins as there was a problem processing my order. There was no problem taking my money, and I’m sure a call back sooner would have been more appropriate! I’m not one to complain but this is ridiculous!

Ordered my pizza at 7.03.... Delivery was meant to be at 7.58pm.. Still no pizza ! Rang the store and they said the driver was at my house standing at the front door knocking for 5 mins and no one answered or answered the phone ( which was the wrong number anyway) but regardless if he was at my front door I would have seen him. The storeperson accused me of lying. Asked for a refund .....The guy was rude and unapologetic..... Not happy....and very hungry. ..

EDIT.. Yes we know you can change the address but as I mentioned to the 'manager' we couldn't we tired many times and couldn't. No your 'manager' said they were having issues with the phone line and it wasn't working when I showed him the 20 times I tried to call Whatever reason it picked up another phone number that has NEVER been attached to me or my husband. It is just very poor customer service that your not willing to accept that there was a issue on your behalf. Very poor customer service, ordered pizza for delivery but was unable to change address, and tired to call the shop and national for over 45 minutes as it will not let you change any details, tired to call shop and national but it just hangs up. You physically can not speak to anyone on the phone. Drove down and the 'manager' kept trying to tell me yes can chance adress and tried to show me what i had already done. A waste as I paid for delivery but you can't contact anyone. Very unimpressed will not use Piazza Hut Mardsen again

If I could, I will give a 0 star for them, I was order online for 2 pizza plus 2 side, I have add $2 for extra olive, but it doesn’t look like they add it on to my pizza, for the side choice I order the large chip, n it come to me a cheesy spud bite which I hate the most! I call n no one responsible or say sorry for their fault! Really unhappy!
