The most delicious food and beautifully presented. I fully recommend the Lamb Gucci Korma from the chef speciality menu.
The staff were so friendly and attentive, treating us like family and very welcoming.
I'm only sad that I live 90 miles away so won't be able to visit very often.

Absolutely love this place. The smoking cocktail was awesome and the food as always beautifully presented and tastes even better than it looks. 200 miles for a perfect Indian meal, worth every minute spent in traffic!

We stayed at the Hilton hotel nearby and decided that the food on offer at the hotel looked boring. I found Simla on Google maps and was so happy I did. The food was simply amazing and every dish was spot on.
The service was great and we felt looked after. If I didn't live 150 miles away then I'd visit here again soon. We will be back if we're at an exhibition nearby again.
Well worth a visit if you would prefer not eating the hotel food.
Visiting family in the area. We were a big party of about 14. Food was outstanding, possibly the best curry I’ve had. Staff are very attentive without being over powering, also a very friendly funny bunch of guys. Really good night out. Def recommend.

Amazing! I visited Simla when my company was exhibiting at the Food & Drink show in NEC Birmingham. We loved it so much that we returned on the second evening. The food is excellent and very well priced. I ordered the lamb chops as a starter and korma as the main course - both were delicious. I would highly recommend this place for an authentic Indian meal. The staff were very friendly too! Lovely ambience also.

This is a fantastic place to have delicious Indian cuisine. The taste is awesome and authentic. Great value for the money spent. Staff gives great service and tip well deserved. Will definitely come again next time when I am in Birmingham close to the airport and NEC fairgrounds.
