We were a group of 8 taking a last minute chance on eating here. The restuarant had a lovely ambience without being overlooked by your fellow diners. The food was delicious and everybody enjoyed what they had. The service was good without being rushed , neither left to wait for long periods My
Often pop into Veta Rosa for coffee with a friend. Nice place, food good and staff friendly. Lovely to sit on the terrace when the weather's good. Would recommend.
It's still good but mostly it's goodbye. Closing with almost immediate affect after taking an absolute beating over the CoVID years. Mr Carr walks away from here after being involved for 25 years.
Lovely atmosphere. Service was pretty good food was nice. There aren't a lot of Gluten free options but the chef managed to rustle up something for my wife who is gluten intolerant. Good sized car park.
Good quality pub grub. Good service and portion size. Very accessible. Only criticism is limited gluten free and veggie options
Wonderful food and very friendly staff. Sedate atmosphere no matter what time or day you visit
Food is amazing. Not much of an atmosphere but that doesn't matter when you have good friends π
Nice and chilled atmosphere, food was nice though a little in the small sixe portion wise. Lovely hazelnut latte.
Great food, well priced. Nice atmosphere as both a pub and a traditional restaurant. Food choices are the usual fare but well executed, like the pizzas and chicken burgers. The onion rings are also a standout favourite!
Surprisingly not busy when we visited on a sunny day Saturday in April.
We are a group of lady military veterans who meet regularly at Black Tiles. We always have a lovely time. The choice of food is good service excellent and good value for money.
It was a good experience. It's a nice pub. Good food. A little expensive. Good atmosphere. Clean tidy. Staff were lovely. Nice car park. Easy to find. Lots of different beers and wines. Good menu somewhere. Nice to go out and enjoy dinner or tea
Booked the Garden Room for my daughters birthday
Looked great when we arrived
Food was lovely staff were very good
New owner/Manager was very helpful.
We had a good time thank you.
Been here for a meal very recently, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The chicken & duck liver pate starter with salad was delightful I highly recommend it! Our main course however although nice was just huge, not to be ungrateful but you could've only had 1/2 of that on your plate and still
Great food, seriously!...I,d recommend you pay a visit ππ€ΈπΊ
Plenty of parking, nicely presentated staff were very welcoming. Took advantage of the 2 for 1 main food deals. Pub was not busy, food arrived in good time and tasted great. Will alternate between Red Lion and here now.
Situated between a busy thoroughfare between Ipswich and Woodbridge and on the edge of an established housing development, this pub still manages to retain the feel of a country pub to my mind. The decor in the eating area seemed open spacious if somewhat 'Spartan'. This worked well though as there
