The Lifeboat Inn - Maryport - Photo album

Popped in here after a days walking. What a pleasant experience. Firstly nice friendly staff, helps when you’re a lone traveller. Really pleased to have a roast dinner option, such a nice change from chips with everything. Even better, I was able to order the ‘child’s portion’ so nothing was wasted.
Service staff was courteous and helpful when we asked about desserts. Food portions are large by Asian standards. Waiting staff automatically placed order for the more expensive cod fish and chip without asking us which one when we asked for fish and chips. Luckily the price difference is only 1.50£
Delicious food, generous portions.nice polite friendly staff. Would definitely recommend.
every time we go to mary port we always go to this pub 🍻 dog 🐶 friendly and not too bad on the price of the meal and the staff members are very friendly and on a nice day sitting outside or sitting in the side it's up to you.
Stayed in Maryport for 4 nights, went to Lifeboat on our first night and the following 3 nights as well. Staff and customers were very friendly, food was great with generous portions at good prices. Dogs are welcome as well.
This is a fantastic pub. With great portions, friendly staff. Would highly recommend
Great local pub with friendly and welcoming staff! They do homemade chips (real potatoes 😃) and they are delicious! Recommend to pop by if you’re in the area. Good prices also ✌🏼👌🏼
Great place for food and drinks. Seating upstairs was ideal. Food was very nice and the portion size for the price was excellent. Nice pints as well as friendly staff. Would definitely recommend.
Really nice Friday night dinner here waitress chatty and funny.
This is a great pub with a warm and friendly atmosphere. They are dog friendly. They had a nice selection of beers and the food was excellent, Huge portions and obviously home cooked the meals where delicious. We would highly recommend a visit if you in the area.
Sat out in the back beer garden today and it was glorious. The staff are lovely as is the landlady. We got the carvery and were not disappointed. To say the portions are large is an understatement. Wonderfully home cooked food with plenty of choice. Will be coming back to try the rest of the menu ❤
Great pub with a quirky atmosphere. Food was fantastic and the staff were really friendly and helpful.Steak pie and chips was a real plateful as can be seen. Will be back on our next trip to Maryport
We were on a fortnight's holiday in maryport in June 2021, we had several meals here and were never disappointed, the fish and chips were excellent the fish was fresh and flaky and the scampi was the best I've had, it was so fresh and tasty and the prices are very reasonable, a lot of the staff see
