The Bay Horse, Masham - Masham - Photo album

We dropped in for dinner and received the most wonderful welcome. The landlord was endearingly friendly and very helpful with information about the locality. The beer and food was also memorably amazing, the whitebait was the best I’ve had. I really wish I lived here, I’d love this for my local pub.
Had dinner and stayed 1 night here. Excellent selection of beer, wine was nice too. Food was delicious and definitely exceeded expectations. Room is lovely and staff are friendly!
I’d 100% recommend the Bay Horse! The staff are lovely and the food is brilliant. My husband had the beef special and he said it was delicious and of the best beef dishes he’d had. The haddock and chip was so tasty and light. Their beer select is great too. It’s really worth a visit
We had a lovely stay at The Bay Horse for a wedding nearby. The room was so clean and beautifully decorated. The staff were absolutely lovely and couldn’t have done any more to accommodate us. Breakfast was really good too! We will definitely be staying there again!
We stopped here for a couple of pints on our way back from the Black Sheep Brewery (please don't judge 😊). Good choice of beers, nice atmosphere and friendly staff. Thanks 🙏
A lovely chilled out place to visit for food and drink. Cannot comment on the rooms available as we didn't stay there. The food I ate was really nice and good value for money. The beers served are all of top quality and all ales I drank showed care and attention by the landlord producing a great pin
Only stayed for one night for a wedding not too far away, lovely land lady very welcoming, chatty and informative, let us check in early for no additional charge, didn’t eat here but was the option for breakfast, located on quite a busy street (It was a saturday), was lucky to get parking spot just
Popped in The Bay Horse on a Saturday evening to see if we could get some food. We were given a really warm welcome, they found us a table even though they were busy but sadly when I looked at the menu there was no veggie food I could eat. But I need not have worried, the chef came out of the kitchen,
We have just returned from a week in Masham. We have eaten in every pub in the town and other locations and nothing compares to the food in the Bay horse. The steak and ale pie is the best I have ever eaten, superb fish and chips , home made Lassagne and lamb shank. The staff were great and there is
Absolutely loved our first visit here. We we're greeted by Ann and the team who couldn't do enough for us. The room was beautiful and very quirky and the breakfast is highly recommended with lots of choice. We will definitely be back.
Fabulous pub in Masham. Great selection of theaky beers (local brewery) and a guest ale. Plenty of gins too. Ha ha yum. Good home cooked food. Lovely room and immaculate ensuite shower room.
4 of us visited tonight for an evening meal - which was absolutely delicious- only matched by the brilliant India - Thanks to all
Called in for a pint just as they were having a power cut so only had a pint. The most friendly pub in Masham by some distance.
Lovely rooms, lovely attentive owners and the bars really good too. 2 nights stay booked, breakfast tomorrow so can't judge on that but heard good things Edit; Breakfast was lovely, more than a fat lad like me could eat and the coffee is a coffee lovers dream (8/10 intensity, real caffeine hit.) E
Lovely place, great location and friendly staff
The only pub in the area we could find that was serving food after 4:30 on a Sunday (poor planning on our part). We were welcomed warmly, given personal recommendations on the menu and beer list, and enjoyed a thoroughly wonderful meal. Can't say enough about this place or the people who work there
The bay Horse at Masham was a very nice place to stay. The landlord was very friendly. The rooms were very clean and even though they did not serve breakfast the rooms contained fresh fruit, biscuits, drinks, muffins etc. The only downfall was the very steep staircase which led up to our room.
