Excellent chippy! Lovely crisp batter on the fish and great chips. Good value, too. Friendly staff. Our favourite fish and chip shop.
Brought some friends of ours to matlock green fish bar today which we have used for years. Our friends were really impressed and said they will use them in future. Really enjoyed the fish chips and peas, a very generous portion of food. Thanks alot. Jane

The decoration is a bit aged but to save money is ok although the mayonnaise and ketchup is charged for £0.25 pence each so ...

Absolute quality. 💯 the food is spot on and the delivery time fantastic. Ive eaten from there many times but this time i chose delivery. Perfect. Incredible chicken kebab

Best fish and chips I have tasted in a long time and the fresh fish freshly cooked whilst you wait. Beautifully cooked chips just how they should be not like some of these big fat frozen horried things you often get served elsewhere.
