Brought some friends of ours to matlock green fish bar today which we have used for years. Our friends were really impressed and said they will use them in future. Really enjoyed the fish chips and peas, a very generous portion of food. Thanks alot. Jane

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Matlock Green Fish Bar, and I was very impressed with the food and service. The fish cake and chips were cooked to perfection, the bread crumb was crispy and golden brown. The chips were also perfectly cooked, not too soft and not too hard. I also ordered a portion of mushy peas, which were delicious and had a nice, earthy flavor.
The service at Matlock Green Fish Bar was also excellent. The staff were friendly and attentive, and they made sure that my food was cooked to my liking. I would definitely recommend Matlock Green Fish Bar to anyone looking for a delicious and affordable meal.
The best fish and chips we’ve had in a very long time. The fish was fresh, not greasy at all and the batter was beautifully crisp! Very tasty! The young lady that served us was really friendly and helpful. All 6 of us enjoyed our meal - thank you!

Best fish and chips I have tasted in a long time and the fresh fish freshly cooked whilst you wait. Beautifully cooked chips just how they should be not like some of these big fat frozen horried things you often get served elsewhere.
