“I rate this a 5 star simply because this wonderful attentive lady with such a contagious smile attended me and took my order with such kindness , made sure my order came out quick and accurate and overall this fast food area will not be the way it is now if she isn’t there to resolve all our requests, this is why we should see her more often and to whoever she is with must feel lucky and grateful to have such a gorgeous girl to keep them company.”

Today I went to take my bosses kids to get a meal to eat. The cashier did an excellent job to take our orders. However, for the parents to read, when one of my bosses kids asked for ranch and barbecue sauce. One of the staffs told her they had to charge her. I went to get more sauce for them, but they told me there was no charge at first I was ok with that, but the one thing I couldn't tolerate is how this male staff was giving me a facial expression. That said, "Whatever" and was trying to get rid of me. Suggestions I would give Staff (the one that gave me that face) 1. Get some rest 2. Resolve any issues and don't give that kind of look, when a customer is trying to pay for the sauce you told my bosses kids to do. Customer 1. If you want more sauce make sure to ask them for more for either yourself or your kids, so they can charge you with the meal and you don't have to deal or see the staff giving unnecessary facial expression when you just follow what they told you,. Whoever, reads this review I hope this information helps and enjoy a good meal at the McDonalds at the La Plaza Mall. Also, to relax and have fun

It was so great experience with a staff( I don’t know her name) while I’m waiting my car. She was so professional behavior and kindness. I have allergy of coffee cream so I bought an extra milk for my coffee most of time. Also it threw out over half and always made me. A staff figured out my situation and she asked her manager (Linsey) and gave me with a coffee. I felt warm and made my afternoon. What a nice a staff and a manager. I want to thanks to both.
