Steak 'n Shake

They've changed! I've been a couple of times now since they've made management and store changes and I must say I'm impressed. Normally you can expect to wait forever and get subpar food but it's cheap. However that's not the case anymore. It's still affordable and that hasn't changed, their app works 100% better than it used to but the food and the service have improved exponentially. And this isn't based on one visit so it's not a fluke!

Stopped here for lunch with my two grandchildren and was so very pleased to meet Theresa, she greeted us with a smile and so much friendliness. She checked on us while we were waiting for our food and offered to get us any condiments we might need. She was so nice to us all the way until we walked out by wishing us a great day and thanking us for having lunch at this steak and shake. She is a wonderful asset to this restaurant, keep doing what you are doing Theresa, you are very much appreciated and made us feel as though we were your only customer for the whole day.

Just walked into one of the cleanest restaurants I have been into in a very, very, very long time, the hostess Teresa, super personable, greeted me with a smile, asked me how I was doing… A real life person!😳🥰 . . You can see right over the counter into the kitchen… Exceptionally clean, the cooks on the grill, and everyone behind the counter, CLEAN white uniforms. . . If you were traveling through Melbourne, and looking for a place to grab a quick bite, I would 100% recommend this place. Again, I cannot stress how exceptionally clean the entire place was.

I do the drive through so I didn't rate atmosphere but they have the best shakes ever. I love the Nutella shake. I love closer to Sonic which has good shakes and is open later but I will drive further for my steak and shake Nutella shake. They also have the best fries around ...as good as Charleys off Palm Bay. The burgers are okay but the main reason I go there is for the shakes and fries.

I got the double steak burger and fries and as always, it’s was delicious. the atmosphere isn’t what it used to be with not as many waiters around but it isn’t too bad. The only complaint I have about the food is that they got rid of the seasoning you used to put on the fries! Other than that I definitely recommend this place.
