Cafe Rosco

Good food, prices are bit on the mid - high side but are not unreasonable for the quality and quantity. Food quality is decent and service is good.. gets busy during lunchtime with predominantly office crowd out for lunch. Mainly Italian dishes like pizza, pasta etc..salads are prepared fresh and are good as well.

We came by for a work lunch and were soon seated with menus and water by friendly staff. With lots of Italian options to choose from, we all gravitated towards pizzas. My Boerewors Pizza (South African sausage) was so tasty with chunks of sausage, chilli, jalapenos, tomato and cheese. The accompanying South African chutney was sweet and balances the spicy flavours of the chilli and jalapenos. My colleagues enjoyed their pizzas and had good things to say about the experience. I asked for no onions in my pizza but it arrived full of them. I'm not one to send food back so just picked them out. Kudos to the server for her recovery of the situation via an immediate apology and a free drink, as she discovered after the meal was already paid for. My rating reflects this. Friendly staff and speedy service throughout in a pleasantly casual dining atmosphere. Good spot for lunch during the week to get out of the office.

Go in for a top feed, great little place. Friendly staff, awesome pizza and pasta. Cosy atmosphere definitely worth a visit if you are hungry. Great location close to transportation and the botanical gardens. Good value fore money. My wife and I had the boerewours pizza, awesome with extra chilli. I had the gnocchi very good.

Fantastic I can always rely on Cafe Rosco for my Friday night wind down. Their food and service is fantastic. Huge thanks to the guys on Friday. My order was slightly wrong (first time ever) so they personally delivered double what was missing and offered my money back. With such amazing service and great quality food we will always be back. One with the lot is my fav pizza.
