Casa Del Gelato

Good quality gelato. I had Chocolate : basic and delicious Eggnog: unique but my favourite Passionfruit: cuts through the flavour and had a good amount of passionfruit seeds. I also tasted Custard: also a new favourite Jasmine: too fragrant I wouldn't recommend Soy chocolate : good but not as good as the traditional dairy chocolate Overall a good experience and would go again.

i love this place, it’s my favorite gelato place. but unfortunately today i had a really bad experience here. i was about to order but i got an important call from my doctor so i immediately left to answer, i had to call back my doctor through zoom so i put my laptop on the table outside the shop and was on the call for 30 minutes. before i started the call, the lady who was inside the shop came out to clean the table and i apologized and explained that i got an urgent call she said it’s okay. i was planning to finish up the call and get back in to order gelato and leave. as i was finishing up the call, the shop owner (?) came outside and scolded me for sitting there for too long, i was about to explain what happened then he cut me off and went back to scolding me. i felt really humiliated, this could’ve been dealt with in a much nicer manner, especially because i was told it’s okay in the start. it genuinely hurt me i just went to the park nearby and started crying. it was really not worth talking to a customer so rudely in public over a chair and a table, a simple polite remark would’ve gotten the point across.
