Excellent customer service :) The coffee was gr8, the white chocolate raspberry cheesecake’s flavours were very well balanced ,and the French onion soup was very comparable to what we had in George V in Paris. A special big thank you to Sara, especially for her friendliness and good cheese recommendations 😃😃

C'est delicieux le cafe allonges et sacher framboise. Customer service tres magnificent and to be honest it felt like a little taste of France in the middle of Lygon Street. Highly recommend the cakes and coffee!

Great produce. Lauded by a French family we were staying with, so we had to try. Kept coming back. Noisette pastries. Family makes own charcuterie.

The pastries here are incredible. We tried the lemon and chocolate tarts, the pastry was amazing, tasty and crumbly, and the chocolate filling was decadent and delicious without being too sweet. Coffees and tea were also good. I very rarely frequent Cartlon but I dare say I'll go well out of my way to return for that chocolate tart.

My partner and I came here for a crepe. We paid $25 for two crepes and one tea. The woman serving us failed to let us know there were no crepes left which baffled me as it is simply a matter of making more crepe mix. It was also 1pm so I wondered how they would last the rest of the afternoon. We sat down and another waitress promptly told us there are no crepes and offered us croissant's without offering us the difference from the price of a pastry to a $10 crepe. The tea came and I found an old wrapper sitting at the bottom. Poor service, I believe we should have been refunded for the difference or told as we ordered. I believe you should clean all tea pots before re-serving to avoid old wrappers. Will not come back, highly displeased.

I am shooting myself in the foot here but they have the most delicious pastries and the best pecan pie I’ve ever had. Now that I write this I’m never gonna get the pecan pie is it’s always going to be sold out. I have told them I prefer the decaf coffee from other places, but they don’t accept that ;) . A lovely place I go to several times a week

I've been coming here for a few years now and it is still the best place in Melbourne to get your saucisson or terrine fix! Delicious pastries and fabulous service too.
