5 Star for the food. 2 Star for the Asian lady staff with the glasses(manager it seems). She is extremely rude and she acts like people are there for free food. There were no greetings, no thank you or any sort of manners. I find she acts the same with the staff. Lanzhou is my all time favourite beef noodle place and the pickled cabbage beef noodle is a must try. The cold dry noodles which comes with peanuts is great to have on a summer day.

The noodles tasted fresh and simple where the flavours met the expectations of the dish!
It's not too spicy as well which I really enjoy and you have the option to select between 6 different kinds of noodles with no additional cost.
It seems really authentic and everything is made on the spot. The coriander was so fresh I believe they cut that when ordered, not just store it

The pork bone broth is salty and delicious, yet not too heavy. The beef broth was peppery and tantalising, yet surprisingly light. Theres a generous amount of noodles, and the meat is tender and juicy. Amazing comfort food for wet or chilly weather.

Had the spicy braised beef noodles with thicker noodles, more coriander, more leek and less oil. Mala spicy so numbing and quite spicy. Some msg but not too much.
Like the screen ordering the system which lets us customise our noodles. Triangle noodles also has an interesting texture. The dry noodles quite interesting too. Try ones not using a sesame base.

i order dry noodle, beef in the noodle is lil overcooked, broth is normal

Quite authentic Chinese food in the town.
Master Lanzhou is always my first choice when I want to have Chinese noodles.
I love spicy food, the numbing and spicy beef noodles are the best. If you are a fan of spicy food. MUST try.
I alway have some cold side dishes, But the chicken giblets are not as good as I imagined.
The shredded potatoes are definitely my fav.
The staff I met are OK.

Delicious well priced bowl of noodle soup! Packed full of flavour and you customise everything from the spice level to the size of the noodles. Perfectly clear broth, shaved beef, tender Chinese radish slices, lots of cilantro and scallion, deep red chili oil, and chewy handmade noodles—it’s to die for!

I was on no carb diet for 5 days until Lanzhou beef noodle made me to break my diet. The noodles were freshly made, good timing and texture. It was a lovely meal. Ended up having two bowls.
