Went to Laneway Greens for lunch, I had the shio koji chicken bowl with Brussels sprout braised fennel and bulgur. If shio koji was indeed used, they must have used terrible Shio Koji. For something that was supposed to tenderize and enhance the unami flavour, the chicken a bit tasteless and dry. The bulgur in the salad is also a bit hard, but otherwise the flavours of the veggies are quite nice.

Really tasty. Latest reviews are all quite harsh. Only criticism is I would have liked a slice of lemon and some more wasabi with my wasabi salmon. Otherwise healthy fresh and fast take away delivery service. Will order again

I heard the original owners sold the business and the new food on a tray menu now reaffirms the business was sold. Laneway Greens has lost its soul. I was a regular here, I would get my morning coffee and Acai, as well as lunch twice a week and the service and food was always 5 stars. Now I’m able to get a better quality meal from the freezer isle at Coles. What a waste of a great concept.

Food was okay, but expensive. But I consider the place unethical for only accepting card payments. While few homeless people or backpackers (who typically only have cash) might frequent this venue, I feel it is discriminatory to those who do not have cards, let alone a bank balance. I guess it's fine for me and others who do have bank accounts to make payment and voluntarily submit transaction details to VISA, Mastercard etc and our banks but I feel all places should offer a card option.

A beautiful venue with ample seating and a great staff. Food wise Laneway Greens is fast, wholesome bowl food. I had their house made falafels with fermented vegetables and hummus a winner in my books!!!

This place used to be great. 5 star meals and smoothies all the time. I've only been back twice since 2018 and both times left disappointed. I heard the business was sold and this makes sense.

Genuinely fascinated to know why the menu and format changed. This used to be a 5 star place, but the new menu is rubbish, and you can no longer get a beer there. If the old format was unsustainable then that is a shame, but this new version is a poor substitute.

Laneway Greens newest location and it is a 2 minute walk from my office... wooohoooo. Must try's are the Double peanut butter & meru miso smoothie and the grilled chicken chimichurri bowl.
