The Kebab House

A staple! Owner is a boss and takes pride in his food. Chicken kebab on pita is best and their homemade chilli sauce is exceptional. Bean salad is the read deal. All the dips are fantastic and everything is very fresh. He won the war years ago with the competing kebab joint diagonally opposite! Viva Kebab House.

This place is dope. I was driving home cooked and had mad munchies craving a kebab. I missed the first place I wanted to go and ended up here instead. Walk in and guy looks legit. Ask for the falafel kebab and this guy fries it in front of me. That's right he gets an ice cream scoop of his homemade mix and deep-fries it. Put a fat line of hommus on it then crushes then fallafel balls over it. Suffice to say I was very satisfied. Owner is a jolly bloke and had a good chat too

Ordered the Spinach and Cheese Borek Meal via UberEats. Purely because the google reviews were positive so not sure why what I received was so so bad compared to the other reviews on here. The tabuli salad was super dry - basically just a shitload of parsley and few bits of tomato and onion. Needed some dressing or seasoning - just something to be less like a forkful of parsley. The green bean 'salad' wasn't a salad per se - more along the lines of cold cooked beans drenched in some sauce. And the borek was super oily and heavy to eat. Finally its all mixed together in a container that looks a little more dismal after sitting on the back of a bike for 15 mins to get to me. Gutted about my non-dinner. :(
