Y Shed - Meliden - Photo album

Very busy on arrival, some staff were clearly a little harried. But once we managed to get a table, it was a lovely atmosphere, good food, and a really nice place to be. Will definitely visit again.
My partner and I came for a cooked breakfast and a coffee at the cafe. We upgraded our toast to the rough edge sourdough and it was all delicious. Every element was perfectly cooked and very tasty! Would recommend an option to upgrade the toast on the menu as it really took the breakfast to the next
Lovely little find on our walk. The tea and scone option was excellent, and the tea arrived in a cute little teapot. The staff were so nice to the dogs and even came out especially with good quality treats for them. Dog friendliness is top of my priority list, hence 5 stars.
Great cafe, friendly staff. Good for gluten/dairy free options. Super with dogs and the black pudding was amazing.
New place. Nice and clean, very friendly staff and good well cooked and presented food. They cater for regular tastes, veggie and some vegan options too. There is a lift for those who can't manage stairs from ground floor to cafe area above. A good find 👍
Fabulous place to visit, food is wonderful, staff really kind, smiley and helpful. Lits of lovely craft bits and amazing history of "The Shed" we will be a regular I'm sure 😊😊
Good quality breakfast, but avoid at busy times as the new owners' staff seem to crumble slightly; missed items, long wait time, initially mis-billed.
Came upon this while searching for ancestors who lived locally. I remember this place when it was a derelict railway shed. What a great venue. Friendly welcome, nice coffee and cakes and good views seawards. Well done on making such good use of an old building. Looking forward to coming again.
Food: victoria sponge slice DELICIOUS. Scone was warmed with a nice pot of tea that made about 3/4 cups. Toasties were stuffed full making it a little hard to eat but plenty on the plate. Very good sized portions. Service: really good, everything is brought to your table by really friendly staff A
Had a lovely lunch, and good coffee. stunning views. Dog friendly. Nice craft shop. Good parking. Good flat walks nearby.
