Great spot for coffee and cake or more: good range of very appetising paninis, sandwiches, quiche etc. Great bacon rolls too. Clearly very popular coffee spot for regulars, which is a testimonial. Sit indoors or outside on covered veranda and there’s more outdoor seating for warmer days.

Really lovely cafe next to the hospital parking. Great coffee, good panini and owners clearly care about service. Popular with walkers. A real treat to build into any hospital appointment.

Lovely cafe in the cricket club pavilion. The bacon roll was great as was the coffee. A good selection of food. Very handy to get to from the hospital. I look forward to returning.

Great find. Fantastic food and coffee. Lovely place to sit with shelter from the wind and dog friendly area. Just passing and so glad we stopped here.

Visited today. I asked about vegan options and they have a vegan burger or could make up a Buddha bowl from a selection of fresh veg and salad. As it was they made me up a veggie sandwich. The owner also provided complimentary homemade vegan fresh fruits ice cream to sample. Whilst the food was very nice, what was a delight was that the owner was more than happy to accommodate my dietary requirements - it was no trouble at all. Wish more establishments were like that! It’s a bit out of the way (next to borders general hospital) but worth a visit.
