I rang at short notice and they were very busy but the landlord managed to squeeze us in and the food was great and the service was fantastic we will definitely be coming back.

Selected for a work event, lovely traditional style country pub, apparently famous for food and pie.
Was not disappointed, comfortable atmosphere, friendly staff, and the food was perfect in every way.
All in all excellent food and good value.

Food great bit pricey but expect that from a village pub great staff and locals very friendly and welcoming would recommend if staying would say tvs could be a little larger but all in all great little place and breakfast also good and landlord accommodating enough to let you have breakfast at a time that suits

The pub is in the most beautiful village with a lovely beer garden to the rear of the property. The staff are very attentive and polite and the food was excellent. There are no reasons
I can think of as to why we won't go back. First class all round.
