Pizzarium Melton Mowbray

My party of 4 adults and 4 kids stopped at Pizzarium having seen it as we were driving through Melton Mowbray after a trip to Twinlakes. Since it was the kids dinner time we thought it would be the best option since, really what child doesn't eat pizza. The experience we had here was fantastic. The staff were wonderfully friendly and could not do enough to make us feel welcome. The kids were given paper and crayons to colour with while they waited, and their order was taken first and made before the adults which was great. They were very happy to entertain the childrens questions and also made no fuss about replacing drinks when they were knocked over. The food was amazing. Pizzas were wood-fired, had fluffy dough that was crisped well and all the toppings were fresh and full of flavour. The pasta was cooked perfectly and seasoned well. They also had gluten free pasta which tasted as good as the regular stuff. I had a rack of lamb and that was divine. The lamb was soft and indulgent and was perfect with just some olive oil drizzled over it. In general, it's hard to find high street eateries with high levels of customer service, but Pizzarium has it in abundance. Could not recommend this restaurant enough and should we return to the area, we know where we'd be dining.
