A lovely place to sit over a drink, snack or meal and chat with a friend or just enjoy some quiet time to wind down and relax. Particularly nice to sit outside to catch the lunchtime or early evening sunshine. Friendly, efficient and helpful staff and a delicious range of favourites and nee options for food and drink at very reasonable prices in a pleasant environment.

Out of all the major coffee chains, Nero is in my opinion the best. Really great coffee and when I visited the staff were just perfect,friendly, very competent and efficient.

Popped in as I was going to work but the rota had changed, I thought why not pop in for a treat before going back home.
Chap serving behind the counter said he was new to the store from Beeston, what a breath of fresh air, excellent customer service, chatty and gave a real warmth.
Coming from the hospitality industry industry I can only say what an asset to the business.
I hope this gets fed back to the guy himself.

It is always a treat to go to the Melton Nero’s. Today it is decorated for Halloween . Claire and the baristas always make a big effort to welcome customers. Today the freezing weather outside was contrasted with the warm welcome within and a cafe decorated for Halloween. The baristas were in costume .It must have been a huge effort for all concerned. Well done . They take similar care at other festive times too. The cafe is worth a visit if you are in town.
