Magical. I loved the charm of the charm of the entire place. The staff were very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. I felt like royalty, every little girls dream to stay in a castle. The room was huge, giving us room to spread out on the lounge and relax. The bed was massive and so comfortable. The furniture gave the old world charm and I wish I had taken the time to immerse myself in that beautiful claw foot bath. The meal was divine, the entire experience was faultless, and the prices didn't put this unique experience out of reach for the average traveler. Thank you so much for a truly memorable stay. I only wish I could give 10 stars.

The Castle is amazing!
The staff are really friendly, one of the ladies who served breakfast even suggested a couple of places we could visit that we hadn't seen already. The staff made time to stop and chat and didn't make you feel like you were taking up their time or being a pain.
The room (4) was lovely with a huge sleigh bed with an ensuite bathroom with a free standing bath that could probably fit two people, we didn't actually try.... the view from the room is of a little summer house and garden, and through the trees were the mountains, and also above next doors garden. (Look past the neighbours garden and ignore the squeaky floorboards) ;)
The food..... oh my the food.....
So I have a very fussy husband who doesn't eat much, so myself and one of the staff conversed about the menu and what we could have, we decided on steak and chips even though it wasn't on the current menu, again not making us feel like we were being a pain, that's what we had, his plain and simple, mine with all the trimmings, it was delicious. I also had a pudding, which I never usually do, creme brûlée with raspberries and home made shortbread, I could possibly eat that for the rest of my life!!!!!
We decided to sit in the bar for the rest of the evening with another couple we met who were staying there, and Come the end of the night the bar staff left us too it in the lounge, locked up the bar and just asked us to turn off the lights and lock the door. No pressure to go to our room because they wanted to go to bed, it was so chilled and relaxed!
If you have the chance to visit you must do so and we plan to return as soon as we can!

We got married here just over two weeks ago, the day went so smoothly and it was everything we could of wished for and more. The castle itself is beautiful, rustic and all rooms were immaculate (couldn't fault them) the views were amazing and the sunrise beaming through our window in the bridal suite was lovely, not forgetting the lovely view of the Wallace monument �
The staff work so hard here and nothing is to much trouble for them. They made us and the guests feel at ease straight away. The food served the night before and on the day was exceptional and piping hot when it was served.
I would also like to say a big thank you to Gary and Scott for everything! My guests wouldn't stop commenting on how hard you's worked and how friendly and down to earth you's are. You's definitely made the day/night! Thank you's again, you's and the other staff worked non stop to make our day perfect!

I was there for a friend's 25th Wedding Anniversary dinner and I had a great night. Food was superb if a little too generous as I struggled to finish the meal. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. I can recommend this establishment.
Had a lovely stay at Broomhall ,nice and homely and atmospheric ,staff were so helpful wee had a very tasty and filling breakfast which kept us going until teatime .beautiful room comfy bed stunning views .felt like a laird in my own castle highly recommend 👍👍👍
The staff are friendly and approachable, the breakfast is delicious, the ambiance is comfortable and relaxing the interior is quaint and harks back to Scotland's heritage. The views outside are magnificent all in all a lovely experience not to be missed. I'm here on my own a chef who works in a similar type of establishment and can honestly say you won't find a more authentically Scottish hospitality experience.
Our friendly welcome started in the car park with a generous offer to help us with our luggage after a long drive and late arrival. If you like friendly, enthusiastic staff, quirky, laid back atmosphere, decent value for money, good food and and drink then you will enjoy your stay immensely, as we did.

The hotel is old but welcoming ..Gary was exceptional and other staff were very helpful and friendly.....we booked a double room.but ended up with a family room which was huge ..The only thing i found wrong was there was no decent area for me (woman of party)ti put my make up on..even though there were enough surfaces for a makeup mirror to go ....

We were married here 4 years ago, today. I cannot say enough good things about the property and the staff. They went above and beyond to make our day magical. Lovely and comfortable rooms, yummy food, and a staff that has a great sense of humour.
We've stayed at Broomhall Castle many times and love the warm welcome, the friendly atmosphere, the ambience, the attentive staff, the cheekiness (that's you Scott!), and the food. Each room has its own, individual style, and the full Scottish breakfasts are always a delight, although my favourite part of our recent stay was definitely our evening meal. Our meals were beautifully presented and tasted amazing. It was a lovely end to a busy day. Thank you for making our stay relaxing, we'll be back again! Keep up the good work 👍🏻

We stayed in the family room, and it was really good value for a weekend stay. Really liked the family room layout, very spacious.The staff were welcoming and attentive. We really enjoyed the breakfast, and appreciated the level of attention the ladies serving breakfast gave us all.
The bar / lounge downstairs was really comfortable and homely. The kids have proclaimed it "the best hotel ever". Who are we to argue? We will definitely be back for another visit.
Finally, I accidentally left my cardi in a wardrobe. The hotel called me and offered to post it back to me before I'd even realised it was gone. That was very much appreciated.
The staff at Broomhall were wonderfully accomodating when my group had an unexpected travel delay. We enjoyed the scenic location, the outstanding food service and our rooms very much during our June stay. Broomhall is just a short drive away from Stirling and was the perfect location to start our Scotland explorations.
Broomhall Castle is a beautiful and peaceful location.
We can’t thank Ty and his team enough for attention to detail in providing an excellent funeral tea for our cousin who recently passed.
The staff were dignified, professional and caring. They looked after everyone’s needs (some of our guests had mobility issues)- nothing was too much trouble.
The spread was just perfect- indeed the chef baked delicious scones as a special request!
All attending were very impressed by what was provided in lovely surroundings.

A heartfelt thanks to Ian and Shirley-Ann, Teddy and Ty for making everything so perfect for us on a birthday weekend. The service is first class....the rooms clean and comfortable and the menu and meals fab! Such a beautiful setting with cracking views and the sunshine just made the whole stay just perfect. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place and will definitely be back soon.

My wife and I had a great stay here for just one night. The property is wonderful and the owner has obviously put in a great deal of work to restore it to its current condition but without losing its charm. It seems quite secluded and the rooms were very clean. The bathtubs are awesome, and the bed was very comfortable. The bar and lounge area was relaxing and the staff is incredible! Ian welcomed us in and chatted with us throughout the evening...hilarious guy and great company. The dinner (I had the duck) was delicious and breakfast was great (great breakfast staff, as well...can’t remember the woman’s name who served it and helped check us out but very wonderful to talk with and provided some great tips). If I had to give an area of improvement, it might be just a better way to get in touch with someone in the main reception area when checking in or looking for something (drink, hairdryer, etc) as the staff is usually multi-tasking and not always in the immediate vicinity downstairs. We were told to holler if we needed anything, so maybe our fault, but didn’t want to shout out for help while the staff was busy doing something else. Anyways, it was a charming visit and we’d highly recommend a quiet stay here to get away from it all!

Well what a fantastic four nights we had at Broomhall Castle and such fantastic value. We had a great time at this Castle/Hotel and the staff were fantastic and it had such a home from home feel. We had two evening meals there and the food was fantastic. I enjoyed the Balmoral Chicken and the steak pie the next might. Our room was lovely and they really have kept the feel of the castle interior. We loved it there and we will be back. Very close 8 mins drive to Stirling, Stirling Castle and the Wallace Monument.

I think what they’ve done here is great and what they’re trying to do a great effort. It falls a little short of “excellent”. Perhaps there are better rooms but ours was ok with a saggy mattress. Honestly it felt like a 5 star hostel rather than a hotel but depending on what you’re looking for, it could be perfect. The prices were very reasonable, the food was very good and staff very friendly. Very good but nothing to write home about.
We were there for a wedding and it was absolutely lovely. The castle is such a lovely setting and the staff were amazing and have to say so was the food! Would definitely visit again

We fell in love with Broomhall Castle the first time we visited, & Ty made us feel so welcome and at ease we booked it for our wedding on that night.
Due to pandemic, restricted guest numbers & lockdowns, we had to postpone 3 times, but even 553 days late, it was definitely worth the wait!
Each time we had to postpone it was dealt with professionally & compassionately by Annie & Ty.
When the weekend finally arrived all the staff were amazing & lovely. We had a family meal for around 30 the night before & when a few friends wanted to join us, it was no problem for the staff. Everyone was catered for. Shirleyann was the star of the staff, everyone was singing her praises all weekend.
A trip to A&E when my mum fell couldn’t even spoil our trip. Iain the GM dealt with everything professionally & quickly and everyone made a fuss of her when we arrived back.
The wedding went without a hitch & it was very much our day as we wanted it to be. Annie offered advice on different aspects of how the day could go and happily allowed us to change things at the last minute when needed.
We can’t recommend Broomhall Castle highly enough & we will definitely be returning very soon.

Broomhall Castle was beautiful. We arrived to excellent Customer Service and we're checked in/shown to our room with no problems whatsoever. We were lucky to stay in room 18 which was huge and had an en-suite in the turret. Fab night sleep - bed was super comfortable and everything was spotless. Breakfast was great and plenty to choose from - suits all tastes. Although we didn't use the bar we visited it before we left. The lounge area is fab with gorgeous views. Checkout was easy enough. One of the girls n the restaurant checked us out seemlessly. Cannot wait to go back.
Fantastic wedding locatoin for Hadyn & Dani. Spent 2 nights there and the best sleep ever. The staff are amazing especially Shirley Ann who was so tentative with everyone, but take nothing away from the rest who were superb in every respect. Rooms are large and everything you need is on hand. Food on the wedding day and all the staff went the extra mile and are fabulous and engaged to make it a special day. The staff and boss became more of friends than hosts. Thank you so much for the best weekend we have ever had, and we will certainly be back when up that area again. You people rock. This is a very nice castle. Huge rooms and very big king size beds. The atmosphere could be a lot better, with some details. The reception and breakfast area are a bit dull and I think with some minor details added this can be so much more appealing, but that would probably also put this hotel into a higher price range, which would be a shame.
Wonderful meal, and very accommodating towards small children. Nice rooms, old, but clean and well maintained. Friendly bar/pub service in the evening. Everything was on a small scale; the host was the waiter, the bartender, and the general manager. I recommend for anyone staying in the area.
Just back from a brilliant weekend break exactly what you would expect loads of character comfortable and clean room. Breakfast and dinner were cooked to perfection staff really friendly and helpful. Great value and a privilege to be able to stay in a castle
