Meriden Tea Rooms - Meriden - Photo album

I found this place on Google, the menu, and the photos both looked good, so we booked our dinner reservation. We arrived, parked, and started making our way in the bar grill restaurant. The place was packed, and many different venues were going on. There are lots of signs everywhere helping you to f
Fantastic afternoon tea , purchased from Groupon and so worth it . Lovely selection of sandwiches , nice fresh bread , selection of devine cakes and tea/coffee in China cups and saucers. What more could you want . Service was great and atmosphere was lovely . Will definitely visit again
Booked an afternoon tea for 12 people for my Mums 90th Birthday. We were given a private seating area and the kind staff allowed us to decorate the tables and put banners up. The food was excellent, fresh sandwiches with a range of fillings, we asked for a different filling for one of the group and
Got to say, that the restaurant experience from start to finish was worth every penny, well done Quirky and unique...you walk through the door to a wonderful and delightful experience that is so pleasant and well thought out We were greeted and looked after by Daniel, whom I may add is an asset to
My visit to "The Quicken Tree" in the charming Coventry City, United Kingdom, was a memorable culinary adventure. The "Leftover Ham and Creamy Pasta" was a delightful symphony of flavors that left me craving for more. The restaurant's ambiance exuded a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and the service
Lovely breakfast. Service is slow and not very organised. Make sure you book.
Very welcoming quirky bar and grill. Car park was packed, altho there was clearly an event conference on so no surprise there. Pleasant attentive waitress. My gammon was superb, egg frilly but acceptable, chips lovely-dunked in the gravy. My companions had the 2 for 1 chefs pie and were disappointed
Wonderful restaurant with a nice selection of good quality food and drinks, from small bites to bigger meals. Good place to have an event. Lovely big grassy area for kids to play in. At the time we went, there was a bouncy castle, outdoor bar and funhouse. Inside was a small bartop arcade game set t
Lovely afternoon tea (particularly the scones). Our server, Lauren was very friendly and helpful. Nice surroundings but would be good to hear a bit more variation in the music, not just rock n roll 😅
Booked an afternoon tea for 15 people weeks in advance. Food lovely venue lovely but unfortunately staff were not very helpful or forthcoming, didn't make us feel welcome and Kind of left us to it. We had to constantly ask questions and ask for items. Nothing was explained, two people ordered from
Dear Steve and the Quicken Tree Team, I wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude for the fantastic evening my family and I recently enjoyed at The Quicken Tree during the "Cocktail Night" event. It was truly a memorable experience, and I wanted to share my appreciation with you. Fir
Came to the Quicken Tree for lunch before visiting Santa's Grotto this was a last minute decision but boy it was a great one. The service was excellent nothing to much trouble. The food was tasty, hot, fresh and home made. Big thumbs up. Most definatley will be visiting again.
Lovely light restaurant with beautiful views of the lake. Staff lovely and friendly. The breakfast was a reasonable price.. only complaint was the bacon was over done but other than that a lovely meal.
Fantastic place to visit with lot's of things to do for all the family. There are lots of things both inside and puts to look at with some great activities for all of the family.
Love lunch with delicious food and great outdoor area for kids to run! Plenty of options to keep kids entertained so adults can relax
This was my first time here. The staff are very friendly and most welcoming. The food was excellent. We had the lamb shanks and lasagne followed by lovely dessert. I will most certainly be returning.
Very well attended classic car and bikes monthly meet. Good weather helped. Burgers and hot dogs too expensive at £5.50 for a cheese burger, no chips. Nearly £12 for 4 cups of tea in the quicken tree. Very clean loos, very nice restaurant, lovely Grounds. Food prices for an outdoor meet a let down.
Good sized carpark, wonderful inside with lots of quirky statues, ornaments, pictures and seating. And set in lovely countryside with water nearby. My friends and I had afternoon tea with sandwiches, cake and tea. Four good portions of cake each that was lovely and moist and rather delicious.
