Empire Pizza

Just ordered a grill chicken Caesar salad the chicken was so hard I could not bite it. I called them to let them know how hard the chicken is and a guy got on the phone and said they cook their chicken On the grill and it’s supposed to be like that. I continue to express to tell him that I ate there before and the chicken was not hard. He refused to listen He lost a valid customer.!!! THIS IS TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I ordered here for the first time last night for my PICKY, PICKY, PICKY mom lol. She ordered the chicken, broccoli garlic (over spaghetti). She was soo happy about the meal, she actually wanted to call and give kudos to the cook. Seriously! Not like her at all, she's pretty shy. So now I have to try it. Thanks for making my sweet but PICKY mama happy 😊

I been ordering for the past 4 years since I moved to meriden. They always been good, but for the last few months the driver been very rude. I called today to tell the “manager” about the driver snatching the money out my husband’s hand and telling him to tip. (Mind you we always tip) the manager tells me that because my husband asked the driver how much was the order, that means he was “trying to get over and pay less”. I told him that is not true and he insisted on telling me that he told me the price so we shouldn’t ask the driver. It was very rude of him. They seriously lost a good customer that always orders 2-3xs a week. He said this happened the other day, I live in a 3 family house. He doesn’t even know what floor orders but insisted it was my house 😒😒 you don’t treat customers that way it’s bad for business

I work at a medical office where we frequent local eateries. We were SHOCKED and EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED at the scam/highway robbery system they have and do not make the paying customers aware of upon ordering. If you choose to order a pizza from them and would like a crushed red pepper, garlic powder or parmesan they charge you $1.50 for EACH side (picture attached). I have NEVER in my entire life heard of this. When our delivery order price didn't match with their menu prices, we called back and the girl snottily responded that they charge $1.50 for each, only time you will not be charged is if you dine in and use what's on their table, she also told us our food was already out for delivery and essentially nothing she was willing to do. Not even long time, well established pizza places such as Modern and Pepe's don't charge for sprinkles. They have lost any business our office or medical reps would have given them, to avoid incurring any additional unnecessary costs DO NOT ORDER from them, we will not be scammed again!

Horrible! We use to order food here at least once a week due to the large quantity and great quality of the food but never again. After spending thousands of dollars at this restaurant over the course of 3 years, this last meal was so horrible I will never eat here again, half our order wasn’t included yet we had still been charged, the portion size’s have been made way smaller then usually, and the food taste disgusting. DO NOT EAT HERE
