Cold Stone Creamery

This is the only ice cream that I eat when I am am out. My little girls and I eats hear at less 2 times a week. The worker in the morning So nice and friendly, here is so sweet and out going. They make you wants to come back. The store place is clean and the ice cream is always fresh. I love this place. Enjoy guys.

Deserves no stars what so ever teenage girls refused to remake my order that was done with wrong flavor when I ordered online and never even ate the damn ice cream for 8$ I could’ve taken myself to Starbucks they never have a problem giving great customer service! Screw these little girls management needs to give them proper training so they know what customer service actually means.

Ordered online through there website which uses Uber eats they subcontract to deliver. Was delivered to wrong address. Called cold stone and some girl answers no help, useless. She said it’s not there fault, but yet they subcontract to Uber Eats . She can’t even get in touch with the manager coincidently, and supposedly will give our info to manager, which never called us back. Then she called back and we’re told to call Uber which we did and they say it’s not on them but it’s on Cold Stone since ordered through cold stone. It’s Ridiculous. We Call again. This time girl says we can get credit but it’s not there fault next time. Omg really. Our fault that u contract out to Uber eats which we can’t even get ahold of a driver via text and even by Cold Stone. I’m sure it’s some young idiot teenager working at Cold Stone, but she was so rude and not to mention a manger on-site to speak with is ridiculous. They need better training on all levels. Kicker, The idiot calls me one more time to tell me now she can’t find the online order. At that point I was done and called my credit card company for a charge back. Wow the level of competency here is amazing.

Went to coldstone today in Meriden the sign said open and the door was open. There was a line. The girls told us we cannot join the line as it was getting too big. Mind you it was 8:33pm and they close at 9pm. Drove 25 minutes to be turned away by a teenager. Guess I will be taking my business elsewhere!

Was just here getting ice cream and one of the male workers hair was very unkempt, long and he was shaking his head frequently while waiting on people and getting orders done. Isn't there a dress code for hair attire?? At the very least, he should have his hair pulled back so it's not flopping all over the place on the ice cream and counter tops! Disappointing to see
