Domino's Pizza

Pizza was delivered and first I’ve always order from Wethersfield, never had a problem. Ordered from the meriden store and it’s horrible. The pizza was made with 3x the cheese that it needed, with not enough time to cook and to top it off it wasn’t even cut. While trying to take apart the slice it completely feel apart. The pizza was so thin in the middle that the dough couldn’t hold the pizza. What I got delivered was not a pizza, I received a box of cheese.

I am very upset. I have been ordering for dominoes since I was a teenager well over 10 years. I ordered this food and got it delivered around midnight on January 1, 2022. I ate the food and woke up with a stomach ache. I didn’t realize that the salad was actually five days old. I called the office at 172 West Main St. in Meriden, Connecticut and spoke with the supervisor named Mizan. He was very rude and unhelpful. He basically said that he couldn’t refund me for the salad, he would only be able to credit it on a future order as if I wanted to order from them again. I will be making a complaint and sending emails to everyone in their headquarters if need be and I plan on taking legal action if someone does not help me.

It never disappoints my family. I have been ordering online and I never have a problem with my orders. Delivery is always timely. We’ve tried so many pizza places and this one is our Best pick. The crust is perfect and of course the toppings are oh so mouth watering. Not greasy nor salty. Just perfect! The buffalo wings is also one of our favorites. Brownies are the best. It melts in your mouth. Keep up the excellent taste Domino’s! We’re your number 1 fan👍

Worst delivery i have ever had, driver was super rude and was yelling at me on the phone. He didn't want to come upstairs to my apartment and deliver the pizza, i had to come all the way down and get the pizza from him. Super rude and unprofessional. Last time ordering from here for sure. Worst service ever. Never had this problem before ever. 0 starts for sure. I dont even trust eating this pizza now.

If I could give negative stars I would I ordered this tonight and coworker accepted this salad as I was up working on floor…coworker never thought to check the closed bag, Really Domino’s this is what you think is quality food to serve…:NEVER AGAIN will I order and they best be getting me a refund tomorrow. I’ll save the salad for them, perhaps they can serve it to the next person as it looks what they did to me!
