Uptown Pizza

Decent delivery service but pizza was rushed when cooking you can tell by the pictures. Also I was rushed on the phone when ordering my food. After asking for my total price of my order I was told a price and then before I could even say thank you I was hung up on. Not very good customer service if you ask me. I ordered a cheese Pizza and it was SUPER greasy! cheese and grease was falling off the side of my pizza due to carelessness! Very messy and greasy! I also ordered buffalo wings and cheesy garlic bread they came out ok. First time ordering from this restaurant. Will not be ordering from here again.

Delivery service was quick, however the food feels as if it was rushed. The pizza towards the middle was still soggy, very doughy and very very greasy. Buffalo wings were good but the chicken was dried out as if they were sitting in warmers waiting to be smothered and buffalo sauce. Great for drunken Monday’s, but not what I would expect, especially if the time of the order to delivery was only 20ish minutes with an 11 minute driving radius.

When the driver showed up my pizza was hanging outside his car door by the handles on the carrier bag, finding that super weird but I kinda just brushed it off but the pizza had slid down to the bottom of the box so I tried to fix everything and when I went to pick up a slice all the toppings fell off and the pizza was all soggy! This place sucks! Never again! I knew I should’ve just taken the drive to Illianos

I ordered from this place twice first time the food was horrible very cold and soggy they delivered it to me after closing hours so I decided to give them A second try delivery wasn’t bad this time around but I had hair in my food I called to complain to let them know The man who I spoke with was very rude he told me I was lying i told him I did not call for a refund I was calling to simply let him know but he continue to be rude… I do not recommend this place at all

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. They tend to only deliver part of your order and then LIE and say they delivered it . Took 15 mins going back and forth over wings that were not delivered. I explained to the owner that the delivery guy only gave my my pizza not the wings. And said they might have made a mistake since they are busy which is understandable. But to keep going back and forth about wings then say I’m costing money because I want what I paid for ? Horrible service for a new pizzeria in town, don’t even waste your time

Delivery guy couldn't find my address, and just kept saying that my address was wrong (like I don't know where I live). He just had to go up the street, but he kept talking over me, then said that he can't take an hour on a delivery and that he was going back to the restaurant- then he hung up on me. Called the manager, and he gave me some BS about the guy being new, and said he'd send a more experienced driver and would give me a discount. Still waiting as I type, and I ordered it almost an hour and a half ago. I don't care if it's the best pizza I've ever eaten at this point, their customer service is god awful, and I will never subject myself to it again. Spare yourself the trouble and find one of the other million pizza places to eat at.
