Could be more welcoming to new patrons. I felt I waited a bit before I was greeted to put in my order. I think they are more comfortable and engaging with 'Regulars'. I will say the order came quickly. The portion size was great. Quality of food was great. I will go back. An upgraded rating is possible.

Whoa. This is a hidden gem. Looking for an amazing muffaletta? TRY THIS ONE. It's in my top three. Seriously. I've eaten most in New Orleans. The rest of the menu is delicious as well. The staff is friendly. They're pretty quick. There's a handful of tables too.

I am a die-hard Central Grocery fan for muffulettas….but, since Central is temporarily closed, I decided to try World Deli….DEFINITELY a runner up to Central Grocery! I’m very impressed and will be ordering muffalettas from this place in the future :)

Terrible, horrible customer service, they don't listen to your issue with the order they just talk over you and give attitude! Everytime I order it is made wrong! I will never be going back to this establishment again! Which suck because the food is not bad. If you change your management from a bunch of old Karens maybe the business will succeed.
