I can't state with words how good Shyan's is. First of all, it's for sure the best Indian/Pakistani food in NOLA. The cheese naan and paratha's weren't just good, they were great. They had an extra level of flavor that I haven't found anywhere else so far. The Chicken Tikka Masala had depths of flavor that any connoisseur of Indian/Pakistani cuisine knows is of the highest level. The Goat Karahi was spicy and hit in all the right areas. I couldn't choose a favorite between the two gravy's but they were both remarkably tasty. The service was beyond good. Very kind and welcoming and it's a comfortable little spot to have a fantastic dinner.

Friendly staff and exceptional food. The portions are more than enough. Wonderful atmosphere as well. It's rare for us to find food spicy enough for us and this hit the mark. You can ask for it mild, medium, or spicy. My boyfriend frequents this spot and says it's his favorite place in the area. We'll most certainly be back.

I was fortunate to have the opportunity to visit this great place twice within a few months. In fact, I wanted to go back there after my first visit in April last year. Wonderful people, amazing foods!

Sam.. was really cool .. he calls everyone by their first name. Now let me tell ya' da fried chicken 🍗 was very flavorful.. now don't get discouraged by how the appearance looks.. yeah it's different from what American people know as fried chicken.

This is my favorite place in the New Orleans metro to have delicious Indian/Pakistani food. The curry goat and butter chicken are our go to's. We've had many things here and it never disappoints! Great food, kind family friendly service, really a total win.

I’ve tried a few things on the menu and the quality is always great. All the staff are very nice and accommodating.
My only complaint is the wait time. I’ve been told 15-20 minutes most instances, but it typically takes closer to 40.

Ordered chicken pakora, vegetable pakora, bullet naan, dudh patti and chicken curry. All of them were great.

The food here is exemplary. Their garlic naan is superb, as are their poppadoms. Obviously, their chicken tikka masala is excellent, but I had the daal fry which was also great.
