We want for 11 a.m. Absolutley no one else was in there. We were promptly seated. We ordered drinks and an appetizer. We did get biscuits. We got our drinks. Of course everyone at the table had finished them because of eating the biscuits. But we didnt get a refill right away. We had to wait until we got the appetizer. The appetizer was excellent. Ran out of drinks again. Had to wait until we got our food. Which was a while. Got our food, I told everyone to drink slowly. The food was very good. The steak was very dry that my husband ordered, but the lobster was perfect. We did get to go drinks though.

Everything I ordered was delicious. My lobster was perfect, and my steak was made exactly as I requested. (My waitress gave excellent customer service as well.)

As someone who does not eat seafood there wasn't a lot for me (don't worry, I went in knowing this full well.)
I am however with someone who loves seafood. And based on her reaction, this is a good place to visit. She really enjoyed her seafood. And we shared the apple crumble desert which was enjoyable.
As for my experience with the sirloin, it's a seafood restaurant. And since, generally speaking, cows do not swim in the ocean, this is reflected in the preparation and quality of the sirloin.
My rare was well done, it was somewhat stringy and chewy. But then again the piece of meat wasn't too quality.
Not sad we went. It was more then worth the experience. Just being honest about what to expect.

The food was ok. I had dragon shrimp. That is fried shrimp tossed in a spicy soy/ginger sauce over rice with broccoli. My cousin had skewered grilled shrimp with grilled chicken breast and an over cooked steak. Mom had really good lobster tacos. Our server forgot to bring the beer I ordered but she was a good waitress. The wait time was very long to be seated especially since they weren't busy at the time. Restaurant was clean and cozy. We have so many good seafood restaurants in New Orleans that I would go to instead. However I had gift cards from Christmas to use. So can't complain, the place ain't bad.

I had dinner here the other night and Dewayne was my server. I must say he did an amazing job. I have been to three different Red Lobsters and he gave me the best service I have ever had. I came to this location once before. Yet, I didn’t have the best experience. Dewayne changed my perception on the place. I will recommend him to anyone that goes to eat there

The service that Roger gave us was great, the food was absolutely delicious, and the setting was perfect. My 2 girlfriends and I had lobster, grilled shrimp, fried shrimp, lobster/shrimp alfredo, & snow crab along with 4 sides for dinner tonight! We loved it! Will go again very soon! 🙃🤤

The food is not as good as it looks it taste like it's missing some ingredients the cooks there is adding too much butter to the food the rice taste like your eating plain rice an unsalted butter feels like eating cooking oil an rice an the portion serving is very small the lobsters is small for the expensive price the only thing I enjoyed is the stuff mushroom appetizers an the biscuits also I got a Bacardi mango an it taste like a sweet slushy with no alcohol the mango sweet tea an the Bacardi mango alcohol beverage taste the same everything was a total disappointment I've always watched the commercials on tv an said I want to go to Red Lobster an for my 1st time eating there I'm never going back I will be going to Oceana Grill's in the French Quarters off Bourbon st. Their food is soo good an also I will stick to my 2nd favorite restaurant an the Olive Garden the food is soo good there too as for Red Lobster i think they need to reevaluate the food flavor an portion size redo the menu an hire real chefs that can boil seafood an natural bone cook cause right now the food is awful I left there still feeling hungry an feel ripped off did get the food for the money I spent

Its my secomd time visiting this location. I attended for the all you can eat shrimp special. Im from Florida so I was surprised at all the rules this location put in place on the special. You can only order one shrimp at a time compared to two im South Florida. They also do not promote taking what you dont eat home and wish youd only order exactly what you will eat as opposed to Florida allowing you to take whatevers left on the table home.......however, the service was good, the food was phenomenal. I really put Red Lobster above a lot of restaurants because the Cesar Salad is always perfect. Overall: I will be back!! :)
